101 30-Day Self-Care Challenge Ideas

30-Day Challenges are a great way to try something new or commit to a new habit without feeling
overwhelmed. Because I mean, hey, if you can do something for 30 days, then you can definitely make it a
part of your regular routine. Im a big believer that self-care doesnt have to be something you dont have
time for. In fact, some of the most beneficial ways to take care of yourself involve activities, actions, and
mindset shifts that only take a few minutes --- you totally got this, boo!

There are a couple ways to use this worksheet:


Choose up to 3 ideas at a time to implement daily for 30 days
Try a new idea listed below each day for 30 days
Use stickers, highlighters, or doodles to track your progress and fill in each day
