THE IMPORTANCE OF THE COMMUNICATION

Good communication can make the difference between a

happy life and a life full of problems.

The importance of the communication

Communication is indispensable to seek and maintain good

relationships in all areas of our lives, particularly in the family,
work and people closest to us. Even so, we face
disagreements and nonsense discussions, causing -
sometimes - a break in relationships with others. To
understand and to make itself understood, it is an art that
facilitates the coexistence and the harmony in all the place.

You can easily lose sight of the fact that communication enters
the field of values. It is precisely when there are
communication problems at work, with the couple, with the
children or with the friends that you begin to appreciate that a
good communication can make the difference between a
happy life or a life full of problems.

The value of communication helps us to effectively exchange

thoughts, ideas and feelings with the people around us, in an
environment of cordiality and seeking the personal
enrichment of both parties.

Not all people with a wonderful and pleasant conversation

have the capacity to communicate effectively, in many cases
they transmit anecdotes and knowledge resulting from the
experience, information and experiences they have had, but
with the defect of not giving the opportunity that Others
express themselves and share their points of view. In itself,
this is not bad, but you have to be careful not to fall into
excesses.
It is clear that it does not mean saying, expressing or emitting
messages, on the contrary, entering into a dialogue with
others, having the opportunity to know their character and
way of thinking, their preferences and needs, We learn from
their experience, we share tastes

and hobbies. In other words: we know the people and develop

our capacity for understanding. Only in this way will we be
able to serve the personal enrichment of those around us.

Good communication has some characteristics that we all

know: listening carefully, not hoarding the word, avoid
interrupting, using a proper and moderate language, which
demonstrates the education and treatment of people. But this
value has fundamental and essential elements to achieve true
communication:

- Interest for the person. How many times our total attention is
reserved for a few people, ours to be attentive and eager to
hear each one of his words. On the other hand, the less
fortunate ones are considered superficial, of little interest or of
importance. Think of the subordinates, the children of the
students. Are we really interested in their things, their
problems and their conversations?

Anyone who comes to us considers that he has something

important to say: to express an idea, to have a courtesy or to
make the moment more pleasant; Participations of your
feelings and concerns; Ask for our advice and help

Know how to ask. Despite the effort to express things with

clarity are not always taken in the right direction (do not
speak of bad intentions or indisposition) remember with a
smile on the lips, as after a brief discussion we come to the
consensus of talking about the Same but in different terms
The causes are diverse: lack of knowledge and coexistence
with people, distraction, fatigue ...

The point is not to stay with the doubt, to clarify that which
does not seem wrong, wrong or aggressive to avoid
uncomfortable conflicts and those that only leave
resentments.
