1, General safety summary

understand the following safety precautions to avoid injury and to prevent the product
from damage.
In order to avoid possible dangers, Please be sure to use this product in accordance
with the relevant provisions.
To avoid fire and personal injury.
Power supply voltage must conform to the requirements, The power supply voltage of
LED display must be in accordance with local voltage of 10, Frequence: 50Hz5.
Safety earth connected is reliable, ground wire separating from the zero line is reliable,
the input power must be far away from high power electric device.
Prohibit to operate with electric and when part of screen (module) needs removing, the
power supply of the screen should be turned off.
Avoid to open the screen in a state of the total white balance, because the impact
current to the system is the largest at the moment.
When the ambient temperature is too high or the cooling conditions is bad, please pay
attention not to turning on the screening for a long time.
When one line of part of the screen is very bright, the screen must be turned off timely
and the screen should not be turned on for a long time in such condition.
If the power switch of the screen trips frequently, you should timely check if the initial
power input of the screen is normal, and if the load capability is insufficient because the
air switch is too old ,or you should change the power switch .
Please check the hanging junction is firm or not regularly. If it is loose, please adjust,
and reinforce or change hanging tools timely.
Moisture, Humidity requirements: at the highest working temperature, the LED display
should be less than 90% relative humidity.
Suitable temperature, temperature requirements: Working environment temperature
-20t40, relative humidity: < 90%.
The storage environment temperature-40t80, Relative humidity: < 80%, Over
the mentioned range of temperature and humidity, please use air conditioning for
cooling and dehumidification.

Notice please close the screen and computer power to prevent the product

from electrostatic damage or personal electric shock when replacing &

repairing the module and system cards, ,

Maintenance When maintaining this product, maintenance crews must be

trained and approved by the company for operating the product(Remark:

the system cards can't be repaired by yourself, but must be returned to the
original factory for maintenance)

Please don't touch module and system cards in the absence of

electrostatic protection, to prevent it from electrostatic damage.

Thank you for buying our LED display products, please read and understand the LED
display using manualBefore installation and use.
LED display is easy to install, we can complete the installation settings in accordance
with the manual without professional personnel. Before you install and use this product,
please read carefully all operation process of this product (The purpose of this manual
is to help you know and use the LED display correctly)

4Using process
4.1 The installation conditions
1 The Indoor led screen adopts vacuum package except sheet metal box. It
should be properly mounted in environment with no rain damage, Strong Acids,
Corrosive Gas, and avoid strong mechanical shock or magnetism.
When turn on the screen for the firstly time after installation, the RGB gray scale
must be set to 80, and aging for 8 hours, then it can be used normally. The
indoor screen can not be turned off more than 24 hours, for its long-time using
sake. If it has been turned off for 1-3 days during to some reasons, when
restart, the gray scale must be set to 80, full white and aging for 4 hours, then
change to normal brightness to use.
If the screen is turned off more than 3 days, when restart it, the gray scale must
be set to 80, full white aging for 4 hours, after that set it to 130, full white aging
for 4 hours, then turn to 200 full white aging for 4 hours, finally turn to normal
brightness to use.

long time no use, the indoor rental screen must be stored at dry environment,
environmental temperature is -40t80, Humidity: 65 . If the
temperature and humidity exceeds the above range, please use air conditioner
for cooling and dehumidification.
2The Outdoor led screen can be installed directly in outdoor environment with no
Strong Acids, Corrosive Gas, and avoid strong mechanical shock or magnetism.
When turn on the screen for the firstly time after installation, the gray scale must
be set to 80, full white and aging for 4 hours, then change to normal brightness

to use.
If it has been turned off more than 1 month, when restart, the gray scale must
be set to 80, full white and aging for 4 hours, then change to 200 full white aging
for 4 hours, finally turn to normal brightness to use.
For more details, please refer to The Display preheat aging Manual. When
long time no use, the outdoor rental screen must be stored at dry environment,
environmental temperature is -40t80, Humidity: 65 . If the
temperature and humidity exceeds the above range, please use air conditioner
for cooling and dehumidification.
3 Mesh screen must be installed in the place without rain & water splashed,
strong acid & corrosive gas, and mechanical shock or strong magnet must be
avoided around the mesh screen.
4 If the renal mesh screen is exposed to the rain, it must be dried before being
packed, and the storage environment of rental mesh screen must be dry and
ventilated and it needs lighting up to test every once in a while.

4.2 hardware installation

Installation details as below:
1: put DVI graphic card in main board port, install the right device driver.
2: put TV card in PCI port, install the right device driver (If used)
3: put sending card in PCI port( no need device driver);
4: use DVI cables to connect sending card with graphic card.
5: Use USB cable (old version uses serial port (RS232)) to connect sending card with
USB.
6: Use international standard network cable(568B) to connect sending card with
receiving card; (Network cable plugged into the port near the light on the sending
card)
7: When connection is ready, it is ok to set and adjust with power
4.3software installation
details as below:
1: Install Graphic card driver: Put graphic card driver CD into CD-Rom,(then automatic

installation is ready), Please operate with tips: First install DirectX8.1; And then
install the driver; And finally install control panel.
2: play software: Install the dedicated broadcast and set software for big screen - Led
studio, or other control software, put the CD of the screen into CD-Rom, copy or
download all procedure to computer.
5. LED Display Operating Steps
5.1 Turn on Screen: Please Turn on the computer first, when the computer is running
well, then turn on the screen power after entering the engineering control software.
When you open the LED screen, there will be a regional flicker on screen, which
indicates Screen is powered, turn on the computer (please make sure the graphics
card settings is correct ,because incorrect setting will cause no picture on the
screen, which means screen is black), open the control software, set the basic
pixel size and display area (this setting does not affect the picture on LED
screen).
5.2 Turn off-screen: First turn off the power of LED screen, then turn off the control
software, finally turn off the computer in the right way.
(If the computer is turned off before than screen, it may cause the screen with
high bright dot and lamps burned when there is no signal)
5.3 Note: Interval of Switching screen should be greater than 5 minutes.

LED cabinet; signal cable; power cable; sending cards (if there is computer, the
sending card should be installed in the computer); receiving card (installed in the LED
cabinets); desktop (graphics card with DVI output and serial port); display and related
accessories

8 common malfunction and solution.
8.1 When the LED studio is started, why does it show could not find the controlling
system or communication error?
It is because that serial communication cables is not connected well with sending card
or communication cables is not connected well. Please check the communication
cables is well connected with serial port, and restart LED studio after connection.

8.2 The whole display is not working.(black screen)

1check the power supply is on.
2check the graphics card setting. Reset graphics card to duplication mode.
3Check the DVI cable or date cables is connected well or not, and check if there is
any faulty connection (for the display with synchronization system)
4If it is LED display with synchronization system, please check the communication
green light of sending card and receiving card is flickering or not.
5 if the green light of sending card is flickering, while the green light of connected
receiving card is not , please check the signal cable is ok or not (signal cable is
adopted international standard 568B)
6Check whether the computer display is protected or not, or the area which shows
the LED display is pure black or blue.(for the display with synchronization system )
8.3 One cabinet or more cabinets are not working.
1Signal cable is broken or loose between working cabinet and un-working cabinet.
Pull and plug some times to check whether it is ok. If not ok, please change it.
2If the signal cable is ok, the green light of receiving card is flickering, but the LED
display is showing nothing. Please check if it is ok after resending the driving
setting and screen connection file. If not, please change the receiving card.
8.4 The video will get stuck suddenly when the control software is working.
1Please install the latest version of control system.
2 Please check whether there is some conflict between the control software and
others software.
9Technical support.
If you need technical support, please do the following before calling:
a. Please check the power of the LED display is on.
b. Please check the computer is working well or not.
c. Please check the green light of sending card is flickering or not.
d. Please check the signal cable which is connected with the sending card is connected
well or not.
e. Please check the setting of graphic card is in duplication mode or not.
f. Please restart the computer.

g. Please again turn on the power of LED display.
