#P278 - Assembly Instructions
1. Select your material from a variety of
C hardwoods or solid core plywood.
I G 2. Measure each pattern piece and cut the
work pieces to size accordingly. Sand as

necessary.
K L 3. Make all pattern pieces by adhering the
paper patterns to the work pieces with a
M D
B A repositionable spray adhesive. Cut the outer
O shapes and any interior designs. And drill
where indicated.
N 4. Remove all paper patterns. Sand where
needed. The edges can be rounded by sanding
J or using a small roundover router bit if desired.

#P278 E 5. Assemble by first attaching the Rear, Center
1909 Packard Model 30 Two Door Coupe and Front Windows to one Side. Then attach
the 2 Seat Backs, Seats, and Seat Bases to the
same Side. Next, attach the remaining Side
and Roof. Set this assembly into position on
mir-izdeliy.at.ua the Frame and secure from the underside.
Next, attach the Hood and Radiator assembly
to the Frame. Then attach the Wheels, Fenders,
Bumpers, and lights and finish as desired.

and use a #17 x 3/4 finishing nail

the Hood and the Radiator - cut the interior design
of the Radiator, then glue the Radiator to the Hood
and cut the outer shape of both.
