Lightening a game that is started in a straight single file line behind the free throw line.
A player starts by shooting the ball and the player behind him tries to get him out by
making a shot before him and this sequence is followed.
3 man weave 3 players are involved and start by lining up on the baseline each person
forming their own line. The player in the middle starts with the ball and passes the ball to
one of the other players. He then goes behind that player, and the player that received the
pass passes the ball to the next player and he then goes behind him. This sequence is
repeated until they reach the other side of the court and shoot a lay-up.
Give and Go When a person passes the basketball to his teammate, and then the
teammate passes it directly back to the person he received it from, the person who started
with the ball catches it and goes up for a shot.
Backdoor Cut When a player has the ball, his team fakes coming up to get the pass and
quickly changes directions leaving his defender in the dust and this is followed by a shot
attempt by the player receiving the pass.
