VICE PRESIDENT - INFORMATION SYSTEMS (08/2010 to 09/2016)
Delivered governance for all internal enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, BI) with a portfolio of
over 100 applications, including all lead generation-to-cash, procure-to-pay, reporting and
analytics platforms and integrated systems for North America. Directed entire software
development lifecycle of multiple, large-scale multi-million dollar projects utilizing Agile, Hybrid
Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Developed and maintained strategic enterprise-wide
application roadmap and associated project portfolio. Led IT organization of over 100 employees
on and offshore (India).
Key Achievements
Drove successful re-implementation of company's integrated ERP System (Oracle EBS),
resulting in $1.2M annual cost savings and 10% error reduction.
Directed implementation of all corporate applications required to support spin-off (IPO) of
the company from ADP in October 2014. Implemented solutions and migrations within
aggressive timeline without internal customer impact or negative impact to the business.
Spearheaded successful development of custom project management application on
Salesforce.com platform. Enabled improved management, project visibility and cost
reduction to auto dealership installations of company's products and services.
Managed implementation of new integrated Marketing Automation solution.
Played integral role in business transformation program "Fueling for Growth",
encompassing large-scale projects to re-engineer and re-tool company's processes.
