In reply to your letter dated 1 April 2005, I would like to supply the
following information:

1. A copy of the employee's employment contract is enclosed.

2. The employee was seconded to our China factory throughout


the year ended 31 March 2005. He did not carry out any duties
in Hong Kong. All periods of his stay were for vacation and
family reunion purpose. He did not return to the Hong Kong
office for any business.

3. The total salaries paid to Mr. Yeung in the year ended 31 March
2005 is $700,000.

4. A schedule showing the employee's traveling in and out of Hong


Kong during the year ended 31 March 2005 is enclosed.

assessment

Employee: Mr. Raymond Yeung (HKIC: xxxxxx)

In reply to your letter dated 1 April 2005, I would like to supply the
following information:

1. A copy of the employee's employment contract and rent


agreement are enclosed.

2. The provision of free accommodation to Mr. Yeung was stated in


his employment contract. In fact, it was the company policy to
make rent refund to certain senior staff of up to 20% of his
salary. The rent refund is made on the employee's submission of
rent agreement and rent receipts.

3. The total salaries paid to Mr. Yeung excluding rent refund in the
year ended 31 March 2005 is $700,000. The total rent refund is
$140,000.

$500,000 and bonus $200,000.

3. A schedule of the date and amount of each payment is enclosed


at appendix B.

4. All payments are effected by bank transfers into Mr. Yeung's


bank account numbered 23456789-000-122

5. A revised IR56B for Mr. Yeung is also enclosed at appendix C.
