It is humbly submitted that Respondent 1 is the Principal of Kanak English

Medium School,1 which is an unaided private school recognized by the
government. Further, it is clarified that the school is not a minority school. In the
light of the given facts, the school surpasses the definition of other authorities
as per Art.12 of the constitution of India.2

A body may be registered under a general law, such as the Societies Registration
Act, but its constitution, working, and powers may also be regulated by another
law, such as a university act.3 Even such a body is not designated as a statutory
body as it is not created by any specific statute itself. A mere regulation of a non-
statutory body by a statute will not convert it into a statutory body.
