A body may be registered under a general law, such as the Societies Registration
Act, but its constitution, working, and powers may also be regulated by another
law, such as a university act.3 Even such a body is not designated as a statutory
body as it is not created by any specific statute itself. A mere regulation of a non-
statutory body by a statute will not convert it into a statutory body.
Mujhpe ek ehsaan karna ke mujhpe koi ehsaan mat karna, Hudd dabangg
dabangg Ek baar jo maine commitment kar di phir main apne aap ki bhi nahi
sunta. Thappad se darn ahi lagta sahib, pyaar se lagta hai.4
