Dear Secretary Madam,

I am CHNACHAL SWARNREKHA LINDA working with Rural Development

Department(E-Panchayat), Govt. of Jharkhand as a DPM. I am writing this letter to
you to request you to transfer me at Ranchi Office. The reason of this request is
that Ranchi is my native place and my family is going through some inevitable
conditions. In the month of January ,2017 my mother got brain hemorrhage.
She is almost in coma. I am only resource person for my family. There is no
one to take care for my family and my mother. And in this hard time my
family need me more.
I would like to inform you that I enjoy working in this office at Hazaribagh and do
not want to leave my job. Therefore, I request you to consider my application of
transfer. I can ensure you that I will use my skill sets and potential to the benefit of
our Department in Ranchi Office. Please consider my request of transfer. I would
like to mention it again that I will continue performing well in Ranchi Office. Your
positive reply is anticipated. Thank you in advance for your kind consideration.
