Business Visa Requirement

1. Visa application form duly filled in and signed by the applicant . Complete residential and official address, both telephone numbers ,
complete address of Schengen state(s) visiting and parents name must be written in the form.
2. Two (2) recent photographs of the applicant with white background. Please check Photograph specifications here.
3. Passport or other recognized travel document valid for at least three months beyond the expiry date of the visa applied for. This
document must having at least two empty pages. Please bring previous passports, if any and attach copies of used pages, on A4 size
paper. Manually extended passport are not accepted anymore.
4. Photocopy of your National Identity Card (CNIC)
5. Original signed letter of the applicants company/employer stating name, position, salary, duration of employment. Address and
contact numbers of the employer, purpose, and duration of visit to the Schengen state(s). In case the employer is responsible for
boarding and lodging, this letter must confirm the same.
Proof of Business relationship with companies in Italy(start import/export documents)
Government employees must provide the departmental NOC from the competent authority
6. An invitation Letter (start contains signature and seal) from the private or public organization established in Italy, in the applicants
name, indicating the purpose and duration of the trip. (Invitation letter format is available on our website).
Visa for trade fairs: Paid fair tickets as visitors or proof stall booking, invoice and payment as exhibitor (four TDAP group participants
as well)
7. Supporting documents of the organizations income
Original bank statement of the last six months
National Tax Number Certificate (NTN) for the previous two years and proof of income tax
payment (FBR)
Chamber of commerce certificate valid for the current year
Recommendation for business visa from the chamber of commerce
-If the applicant is the proprietor of a company, He must attach:
Original bank statement of the last six months.

8. Supporting documents of personal income :
Original bank statement of the last six months
National tax number certificate (NTN) for the previous two years and proof of income
tax payment (FBR)
Last three salary slips.
9. Proof of accommodation (Hotel Reservation)
10. Copy of flight booking(s)
11. Original AND copy of a travel medical insurance policy of not less than 30,000 Euros. The policy must cover medical and hospitalization
expenses for the entire period of valid stay on Schengen territory as well as repatriation costs. Consult valid list of authorized insurance
companies in Pakistan as agreed by Schengen partners in Islamabad.
12. Copies of the Refusal Letters case of any visa refusal by an Embassy or High Commission in the last two years
13. Third country Nationals residing in Pakistan must provide supporting documents attesting to the legality and the authorized duration
of their residence here.
