The Kerala Government has rolled out the e-District Public Portal (edistrict.kerala.gov.in) along with

associated services like online Right to Information (RTI), Public Grievances Redressal and Utility Bill

Services available on Kerala e-District Public Portal

Certicate Services (from Taluk / Village oces)

RTI services with respect to the notied departments / oces
Public Grievance services with respect to the notied departments / oces
Payment Services (Electricity Bill, BSNL Phone Bills, Water Bills, Motor Vehicle Fees, Police-e-challan,
Calicut University fee, M G University fee and Cultural welfare subscription payment)
One time Registration

To avail certicate services, RTI services and Public Grievances services, the applicant has to do a one time
registration. This can be done by clicking the menu One time Registration. After lling all details, click
<Check Duplicate> button. This will nd out if you have already registered through Akshaya centres or so
and enable you to pick the details. After successful duplicate check, the <Submit> button will be enabled.
Click the <Submit> button to register. The registered details can be edited later by clicking Edit
Registration.

Please note that Aadhaar Number, Email id and Mobile number is mandatory for registration.

details will be displayed. Fill the Grievance specic details like Grievance Category, department, district,
oce, the complaint / Grievance etc. Verify all details and if not correct, you may < Edit> the details and
submit again. You may also take a print out of your application using <print> button. If all details are
correct, click <Make Payment> button. You will be directed to the Payment Gateway. Follow the instructions
there in. After completing the process, you will be redirected to the e-District portal where you can print the
receipt which will have all details.
