Learning Controls
Written (25-30 min. approximately).
To verify the learning of the contents
developed in the course.
A minimum of two learning controls.
At the discretion of the course professor.

Harvard Cases
Submitted in MS Word format, in six pages at maximum, with the following
contents:
Cover sheet.
The main problem of the case.
A qualitative/quantitative analysis of the information provided by the case.
The possible solutions with an evaluation of pros and cons of each possible solution.
The solution determined by the group - with its argumentation.
Conclusions - the learning achieved after having analyzed and solved the case.
Recommendations - the implications for managerial decision making.

Consider the topics related to the process of consulting.

Solutions will be sent to the Professor by e-mail no later than 24 hours before the
corresponding class session.

One of the teams might be appointed to lead in-class discussion of the case. No
need for power point presentation.
