Abstracts should be submitted in word or PDF format. Times New Roman with a font size
of 16 pt for title and 12 pt for remaining text should be used with a line spacing of 1.5.
Ensure that the TITLE and the authors list are centre aligned and the content of the
abstract is left aligned and justified. The college affiliations should be in italics.

Use margins of 1.5 inch on both the left and right sides. Abstracts are limited to not
more than 250 words and should be restricted to one page.

You MUST e-mail your abstracts to chemforum2k16@gmail.com. The last date for the
submission of abstract is 14/09/2016. The intimation of acceptance will be sent by
17/09/2016.Last date for registration is 20/09/2016.Late submissions will not be
considered and hence kindly stick on to the deadline. Kindly mention the contact details
in the abstract. Thank you for your participation.

9. Petrochemical technology
10. Agrochemical technology
11. Green and clean technology
12. Chemical process safety and management
13. Process dynamics and control
14. Separation technology in mass transfer
Paper submission is not merely confined to the above mentioned topics, related
technologies are also welcome.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:-

1. Multiple teams per colleges may be allowed but with different domains, however, one
person may not be a part of multiple teams for the same event. Maximum two
participants per team.
2. Submission must include title, authors details, abstracts, keywords and full paper should
not exceed 6 pages including all tables and figures in the IEEE format.
3. Participants should send their abstract on or before 14th September, 2016.
4. The presentation time is for 7 mins and queries for 3 mins for each paper.

Selected candidates should bring their Identity card at the time of presentation.

5. Only selected papers will be acknowledged and a confirmation mail will be sent on or
before 17th September 2016.
6. Full paper and PPT must be submitted before the day of the event. Bring the PPT in pen
drive.
7. Decision of judges will be final.
