Section I Overview
Thank you for using the Tea Library! I hope you find this document useful as your archive your tea experiences.
The Sample Tea Library tab is an example of how a fully populated spreadsheet looks and feels. There is a lot of "dummy" data in that sheet, so please do not trust any of the cells as "actual" tasting experiences.

This product is released under the creative commons license and you may do what you wish with it - - including modifying and sharing.
Recommended best practice is to periodically save new versions of your Tea Library. It is good to have backup in case a formula gets tweaked as a part of entering data.
You may edit any data in rows B to Q
Section II Definitions
Brand The brand name of the tea in your collection, e.g. Twinings.
Name The specific tea name, e.g. English Breakfast
Category* The top level categorization of the tea leaf, e.g. Black.
Type The type of tea within the category, useful for additional granularity of defintion, e.g. Breakfast Tea
Price Per Cup Estimated price per cup
Score From zero to ten, decimals are permitted
Palate General description of the flavor profile, e.g. sweet
High Note Primary flavor, e.g. vanilla
Low Note Secondary flavor, e.g. cinammon
Aftertaste Predominant flavor after swallowing, e.g. earthy
Highlight Best feature of the tea, e.g. capable of multiple infusions
Use Situation that best calls for the tea, e.g. evening before bed
Form Style of tea and / or brewing, e.g. bag
Notes Thoughts, feelings and ancillary notes
Caffeine Does the tea contain caffeine, e.g. yes
Temp Temperature brewed, e.g. 100
* Any category not in the following set is considered "other" in the pie chart {Black, Oolong, Green, White, Pu-erh, Herbal, Blend, Chai}
