Total Population: 4000

25% of the population is under 12 which is 1000

25% of the population is 12-17 years old which is 1000

50% of the population is 18 years or older which is 2000


Government and Leadership
Type of Leadership Style: Democratic

Anyone who wishes to become leader will come forth and have
a 15 minute session each as to why they want to rule the
island. Then everyone else will raise their hand on a person
of their, and the most person that has the most hands raised
will become leader.
Work and Labour
There are multiple jobs to be done like farming, fishing,
hunting, building houses, teaching children, mining.
Any capable person, that is physically, and mentally
able, to work shall work.
Everyone works for five hours every single day.
Any one 65 or older, disabilities, or any other issues
are exempt from working until further notice, an
alternative job is teaching children and other small
work.
Leaders Powers and Responsibilities
Leader gets final say on any decisions made
Keeps statistics on work hours, resources
collected, the people and their conditions
Must follow the same laws as any other citizen
Leader must attend every meeting to discuss future
policies (Every second Saturday)
The leader can be in charge up to 4 years, but
elections take place every two years
Laws
1. You are to do your job and not bother others during their
job.
2. You are to respect and treat each other as equal.
3. There will be no acts of violence, murder or stealing of
any kind
4. Everyone will be given an equal amount of rations, no
more no less. Any additional resources needed shall see
the leader for a request.
How will Laws be reinforced?
Law enforcers will be put in place to ensure everyone knows
what their doing

Certain laws will be put in place to also make sure that


anyone not following them receive the consequences
Consequences for not Following the Law

Any violent action will result to decrease of


25% of their rations
