Acknowledgement of Obligation

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, the undersigned, Filipinos of legal ages and residents of Villamarzo,

Cordon , Isabela, hereto acknowledge our respective obligation constitutive of the
payment of that sum of money which is stated herein below, opposite our
respective names, and that of which obligation is to be performed to by us
individually on or before the 11 th day of June, 2013 in favor of ARMANDO B. DURIAS,
filipino of legal age, married and a resident of Villamarzo, Cordon, Isabela, without
the necessity of any demand, and that of which payment shall be delivered unto
him in his place of residence in Villamarzo, Cordon, Isabela, including his heirs or
assigns provided granted with proper authority to by him to receive the said
payment;

That the nature of obligation, bears relevance to the necessary and legal
expense in the issuance of the land titles embracing and covering our respective
parcels of lands located in Villamarzo, Cordon, Isabela, that included among other
things the expense for the subdivision survey that was executed on that parcel of
land identified as Lot 355-bbbb, csd-(af)-02-006978, equivalent to Lot No. 68769,
csd-211, portion of Lot 5355, cad 211, and of which identification of the said land
titles are stated below our respective names herein;

That we hereto therefore declare our express, clear and unconditional

performance of our obligations hereinto alluded and that we declare therefore the
performance of the same as a good father of the family.

In witness whereof we hereunto set our hands this 27 th day of April in

Villamarzo, Cordon, Isabela.
