Sirs,

Tucson Sector will be hosting a meeting for VF 300 on 2/13/08 from 0800 until 1730 at the Tucson
Station. There will be a follow up meeting for VF 300 environmental issues on 2/14/08 from 0700 until
0900 at Tucson Sector Headquarters.

It is requested that you send your TI coordinator to these meetings. Because of space, it is requested
that each Sector only send one representative.

The following is the (b) (2) . There are many events in Tucson during these dates
so hotel arrangements should be made ASAP.
