Youll learn in a group for approx. four weeks, either in a morning or

afternoon course, depending on the course level. There are 12 possible
starting dates spread over the entire year.
This will enable you to develop your language skills and combine any
number of courses to create a systematic language-learning program.
At the start of your course we will ask you about your individual
learning goals and follow up with ongoing support during the learning
process. This results in tight integration of the classroom lessons,
self-study activities and practice.
At all levels you also have the option of taking one of our examina-
tions, which are recognized around the world.

Are you planning to attend college or university in Germany? First

you will have to provide proof of German language skills. The TestDaf
examination is recognized by all colleges and universities in Germany.
In our training course you will receive instruction from specialized
teachers as well as individual advice and support. Youll become
familiar with the TestDaF exam, practice the various question types in
all sections of the exam and improve your language skills. Our well-
equipped media resource center offers a wide selection of additional
practice materials for individual study.

Our German in the evening courses offer you efficient language
training with plenty of variety as well as qualified level placement and
advice. In communicative lessons geared to the target group, you will
get practice in all of the skills: reading, listening, writing and speaking.
There is a strong focus on the language skills needed for real-world
situations.

Our small-group SuperIntensive 2 program offers all-day language

training at a high level of learning intensity and efficiency. The Super-
Intensive courses will get you to your language-learning goals very
fast. With the daily practice opportunities youll be expressing yourself
better in German within a short time.
You will be part of an active, highly motivated group with an average
of five and a maximum of eight participants. The lessons are geared
towards real-world usability and reflect important intercultural aspects
of communication.
We have integrated phases of individual learning and practice into the
course program, with your personal learning process supported by our
experienced teaching teams.

language course with an intensive and highly efficient approach, youll

Youll attend one week of a SuperIntensive 2 course, learning German

geared towards real-world usability and reflect important intercultural
aspects of communication.

quickly as possible? Then individual instruction or small-group classes
offer an individual solution for achieving your personal learning goals.
The material covered in the classes is defined by your (or your groups)
prior knowledge and learning objectives. That means that your teacher
will plan a course built around your requested contents and geared to
your needs. This will ensure rapid and efficient progress.
You can decide on the balance between basic German language skills
(reading, listening, speaking, writing, structures) and specialized language
from the world of business, politics, law, medicine or another area

GERMAN COMMUNICATION TRAINING FOR DOCTORS

Available as group or individual training

This communication training course is intended for doctors. This is the

course for you if you have been working for some time in Germany
or are about to begin a residency to train as a specialist at a German
hospital.
The focus is on communication skills and intercultural competency
as key requirements for working effectively in the field of medicine.
Doctor-patient communication as well as interactions between medical
colleagues are explored and practised in various scenarios.
You will learn medical and pharmaceutical terminology, the everyday
German terms for symptoms and anatomy, various forms of clinical
documentation and the correct way to write a doctors letter. We will
practice patient interviews with you, for example for case histories and
examinations.
Other topics include the German health care system, clinical structures,
patient and case presentations and equipment diagnostics.
