To initiate a Member Wire, you will need to first sign in to your


NETELLER Account.

Click on the Money out link located on the left hand side of your NETELLER Account
and select Withdrawal to my bank account by clicking on the Withdrawal now button
to start your Member Wire.

Enter banking details


Confirm Bank Details
Please provide a copy of a recent bank statement from the bank account provided.

To begin this verification, you will need your bank statement.

Click the start verification button

Upload banking statement - click "Choose File"


Search for your bank document in your computer
Confirm the Bank Document file
Please enter the requested withdrawal amount
Confirm the bank transfer information

NOTE: if you select a different currency than that of your NETELLER Account,
NETELLER will charge a 3.99% foreign exchange processing fee.

IMPORTANT: If this is your first time requesting a Member Wire, you will be
required to submit bank information such as a scanned Bank Account Statement,
Bank Book, or Statement of Account that has been issued to you within in the last
3 months by your bank.

Screen shots of Bank Account statements will not be accepted for security
reasons.

To submit a scanned Bank Account Statement, you will need to click on the Browse
button and select the document stored on your computer. Once you find your document,
simply click on Open or Attach (depending on your computer settings) to upload the
file. If your bank information is on more than one page, you can click on Attach another
document and attach the second page by following the aforementioned steps. If you
need to add additional information, you can add that information to the field provided. All
banks place their BIC (Swift Code) on their bank statements. Please note that your
name on the bank statement must be written in Latin characters.

If your Bank document does not show your BIC (Swift code) please provide it in the
space provided for additional information. Once you have attached your document, you
can then click the green Continue button and confirm that all the details for your
transaction are correct. If you need to edit any information, you can click the green
Edit button.

What sort of Bank Document does NETELLER need to complete a Member Wire?

NETELLER will accept Bank Account Statements, Bank Books, and Statement of
Account that has been issued by your bank within the last 3 months.

The Bank Account Statement, Bank Book, or the Statement of Account MUST
include the following:

1. Your Full Name and Home address

2. Bank Account Number or IBAN(International bank account number)

3. BIC or Swift code (If your BIC (Swift code) is not displayed on your bank
document you provide, you must enter it in the additional information space
provided or your member will be delayed or declined. All member wires MUST
include a valid BIC (Swift Code)

4. The Statement issued date can be No more than 3 months before the date you
upload it in your NETELLER Account.
Please note: If you do not include all of this information on your first request, this
will result in either your Member Wire request being delayed or declined.

I recently changed my Bank Account. How can I change it with NETELLER?

When you initiate your next Member Wire withdrawal, within the first step you should
see your bank name and account number listed.
To change your registered bank account, simply click on change and upload a different
bank account document.
You will also need to confirm and enter in the reason why you are requesting the bank
account change. Please note that you may be contacted for further information on the
reason for your bank account change.

**Note: You need to have a minimum withdraw amount, plus the fee amount in
your NETELLER Account to complete a Member Wire Withdrawal. For example: If
your NETELLER Account is in INR currency, you need 1300 INR for the minimal
withdrawal plus 550 INR for transaction fee (total 1850 INR amount in your
NETELLER Account).

Unverified members can withdrawal up to $500.00US by Member Wire.

What currency will my Member Wire be sent in?

In the first step of initiating a Member Wire request, you will have the option to choose
your currency in a form of a drop down menu. The currency that you choose will be the
currency that will be sent to your bank. The available currencies that can be sent to
your bank are : GBP, EUR, AUD, DKK, INR, JPY, MAD, MXN, NZD, RUB, SGD, TND,
ZAR.
A Foreign Exchange processing (FX) fee of 3.99% is applied if the currency sent is not
the same as the currency of your NETELLER Account. NETELLER VIPs benefit from
discounted Foreign exchange rate on Member Wires. The discounted foreign exchange
rate fees are instantly applied to your withdrawal. You can view the different foreign

Can I cancel my Member Wire withdrawal?

Member Wire withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once the request has been
submitted.

Can I withdraw to my USD bank account?

Due to changes in the USA legislation, NETELLER members are unable to receive USD
as a requested currency. We can certainly send your money to your USD currency bank
account,: however, you will need to request the Member Wire in one of the available
currencies. Learn more about what other withdrawal options are available in USD.

How do I deposit by an International Bank Transfer?

What is an International Bank Transfer?

International Bank Transfers are deposits you make from your bank account. The funds
are wired into your NETELLER Account from your bank account. This deposit method
typically takes between 2-3 business days to arrive into your NETELLER Account.

Its easy to make a deposit into your NETELLER Account using an International Bank
transfer.

1. Sign in into your NETELLER Account and select the Money In option.

2. Select Deposit now under International Bank Transfers.

3. Enter the amount you wish to deposit and click Continue.

4. Confirm the transaction by clicking Continue.

5. You will be provided with information necessary to complete your deposit. Please
complete your deposit by transferring funds to NETELLER from your bank account,
using online banking, telephone banking or by visiting your local bank branch. If you do
not send the funds within 7 days of initiating this deposit, the deposit will simply cancel
itself.

6. To ensure your deposit is processed correctly within 2-3 business days, it is important to
include your 12 digit NETELLER Account ID on the form that is sent to us from your
bank.

Only funds sent from a personal bank account in your name will be accepted. Third
party transfers and wires from business names will be returned.

How long does an International Bank Transfer take?

The funds will be deposited into your NETELLER Account as soon as we receive
confirmation that the funds have arrived to the NETELLER system. International Bank
Transfers typically take between 2-3 business days from the time the funds have left
your bank. You will also receive an email confirmation from NETELLER once the funds
are available in your account. To ensure your deposit is processed correctly and not
returned, please include your 12 digit NETELLER Account ID on the form that is sent to
NETELLER from your bank.

Who can use International Bank Transfers?

International Bank Transfers are available worldwide*. International Bank Transfers can
be initiated from any bank worldwide, unless specifically restricted by your bank.

*This option is not available in all countries. Please check in your account if the option is
available.

What are the fees?

International Bank Transfers are free. NETELLER will cover the cost of receiving an
International Bank Transfer from your financial institution, thereby making it a free
option. However, your bank may charge you a processing fee to send the transaction.
We recommend inquiring with your bank to determine their fee for sending a bank wire,
if any.

Once an unverified member has reached their deposit limit, they will need to verify their
account in order to continue using the service.

All limits are based on rolling periods.

How can I cancel my International Bank Transfer deposit?

To cancel a pending International Bank Transfer, simply do not send the funds from your
bank account. Within the NETELLER system the transaction will automatically cancel
itself after 7 business days if no funds are received. If you have sent the funds from your
bank account and wish to cancel the deposit, please contact your bank to learn what
options are available.

I sent my funds, but they are not in my NETELLER Account, what can I do?

If you have sent funds from your bank account but they are not in your NETELLER
Account please wait for 3 business days from the day the funds were sent from your
bank account. If they have still not yet arrived, please send in a copy of a bank
statement or transaction documents to payments@neteller.com.

I recieved an email from NETELLER to complete my International Bank Transfer,


is this a legitimate email?

Yes, if you have initiated a International Bank Transfer in your NETELLER Account in
which has been pending for 72 hours, we will send you a reminder to complete your
international bank deposit. This email is coming from noreply@optimalpayments.com.
Please note that you cannot reply to this email.

I have deposited funds from my US bank account. Why are they not reflecting?

Unfortunately, you are not allowed to deposit funds from a US bank account to your
NETELLER account. If a deposit from a US bank account is received, the funds will be
returned back to the bank account they came from. The funds will never reach your
NETELLER account and you will not receive an automated notification.
