Dear Mr. Parv

This has reference to your application dated 1st sep 2015 and the subsequent
interview which you had with us on 14th nov 2013 in connection with your
appointment as a zonal manager in this company.

In this connection . we are pleased to offer you the post of a zonal manager at all
star remedies ltd. on the following term and conditions :

1. Your date of joining shall be 15 th nov 2015 . Initially , you shall be on probation
for a period of six month which shall start with effect form, 15 nov 2015 , or your
actual date of joining whichever is later. Period may be extended by another one
month or more by the company.

2. If your work and conduct during of probation is found to be satisfactory , you


shall on the expiry of the period of probation be confirmed with effect from the date
of expiry of the said period .A Separate Letter Shall be issued for Confirmation.

3. During the said period of probation , the Managing Director Shall have the right to
terminate your service without assigning any reason.

4. You will have to serve in this company for minimum period of one year from the
date of joining .

5. If you leave the company before the completion of one year , you will have to
compensate the company by paying the amount of unexpired period .

6. if you will leave the job due to any reason whatsoever after confirmation , you will
have to give one month notice or salary in lieu therefore.

7. If after confirmation , your work unsatisfactory or /and you do not comply with the
terms and conditions of appointment , your services can be terminated by giving
one month or salary in lieu thereof.
8. Your appointment and continuance in service is further subject to submission of
attested copies of Degrees/Diplomas or other Qualifying certificates and 3 recent
color Photograph within a period of two days from the date of acceptance of this
offer of appointment or on the date of joining whichever is earlier.

9. As a Zonal Manager you Shall be the whole time employee of the company and
shall not engage yourself in any work similar in nature to that of the company
and /or in which you may for the timebeing be engaged yourself anywhere in any
work , profession or employment either honorary or otherwise during the period of
your employment with us.

10. You shall devote your whole -time to the duties assigned to you from time to
time and shall not undertake any work in any other company without written
permission of the Managing Director . During your tenure with the company, you
shall neither apply for job /employment with any other organization , nor can you
apply for further Studies without , prior written permission of the managing Director
. if you have Joined any course earlier before the employment with us , you will have
to inform us.

11. You Shall confirm of all rules and regulations in force time to time in the
company and shall obey other lawful orders/instruction/directions of the Managing
Director as are given to you in connection with the day-to day discharge of your
duties in the company.

12.You Shall be responsible for the safe custody of the records entrusted to you and
in case of any damage or loss, Managing Director has right to terminate your
services and claim damages.

13. You shall not utilize or divulge any secrets or business affaire of the company
and shall safeguard the interest of the company.

14.you shall not absent yourself from the company without Sanctioned leave or
without the prior Permission of the managing Director.

15.You shall maintain integrity and devotion to duty and or Shall not do anything
which is unbecoming of a zonal manager

16. If any employee remains absent from the work for 3 consecutive days for any
reasons/ground whatsoever, without prior sanctioned leave he /she would deem to
have deserted /resigned from the post from the 1st day of his/her absence . In such
an event, provision of clause no . 5 or 6 and /or any other clause contained herein
would become applicable and all his dues and Salary if any will be forfeited prior to
the 1st day of his absence.

17. Repeated lateness or absenteeism and absence without proper notification to


the company , unreported absence for 3 consecutive workdays will be considered as
voluntary desertion.
18. The company employees are expected to devote their best efforts and full time
attention to performance of their jobs . employees are expected to use good
judgment , to adhere to high ethical standard and to avoid Situations that create an
actual or potential conflict between the employee's personal interests and the
interests of the company.

19. At the time of appointment , you will have to furnish your last month 's salary
certificate as mentioned by you in your personal bio -data from here. if in the salary
certificate Submitted by you it is found to be contrary to what you have furnished
earlier, the Managing Director can terminate your Services on this ground giving
without any compensation .

15.You have to give two referrals of person not related to you for verification of your
credentials by the company . In case on investigation by the company, if it is found
you have given contradictory/wrong information at the time of seeking
employment , your services will be terminated without giving any compensation.

In Case, the above terms and conditions of offer of appointment are acceptable to
you, then return the duplicate copy of this offer of appointment after affixing your
Signature on the same in token of ypur acceptance .
