ABSTRACT

The Chat Application consists of a Server and a Client program. This Application apart from sending regul
data can also generate sounds when certain keywords are entered. This application uses Windows Sock
implementing the TCP/IP protocol. Transmission of text data between the server and the client is made po
when a connection is established between them by using TCP sockets. This application has been desig
work under any WINDOWS system and under any network using TCP/IP protocol.
