Drucker - Managing Oneself We need to know where to places ourselves to make the greatest contribution in our lives. And, must stay mentally alert and engaged during the 50-year working life, which to know how and when to change the work that we do. What are my strengths? We cannot rely on our weaknesses when we start to build a life and career. We need to focus on our strength and spend just a little bit of time to improve our weaknesses. Because its far more difficult to make something bad to become good rather than makes what already good to get better and even achieve a greatness upon them. How do I perform? We need to know how to perform and make things as effective as possible with great effort. What are my values? Values are the bottom line where the compatibility of our self within the organization or a firm. Where do I belong? After we know our strength, values, and how we perform, itll be easy to determine where we should be. What should I contribute? We should start to contribute within our strength and our values to achieve some goals or an objective.
