permission to the Aircel Maxis
deal, despite Maxis buying directly and
indirectly, loo percent of the shares

violates the FDI Rules laid down
by the Government, and hence illegal.

Moreover, Mr. Chidamba

the CBt and the ED Counsets in the
Court, e.g., the Attorney General
and several Additional Solicitors General,
not a single one of these Govr

directint prosecutioh of Mr. ChidamDaram.
 It will be difficult to fight corruption if it appears that Law Officers
of
the Government are themselves complicit in the corruption of

lam thankful to the Supreme Court for asking me to produce the

necessary proof for which two weeks have been granted to
me. The next
hearing is on March g, 2Of7. I hope therefore it will be possible for you, in
the larger interest of our image as anti corruption crusader party
and that
one of the most corrupt individuals of the Congress party viz.,
Mr. p.
Chidambaram is prosecuted on the basis of the oveiwhelming
evidence
available with the CBI and the ED,

Misra to administratively monitor this investigation and I shall
