Dress, grooming, and personal cleanliness standards contribute to the morale of all
employees and affect the business image our company presents to customers and
visitors. During business hours or when representing our company, you are expected
to present a clean, neat, and tasteful appearance. You should dress and groom
t-shirts etc., only trousers and shirts will be allowed to wear in marketing
department.
If you are in a work environment with inappropriate clothing you may be sent home

Men
white or a light blue. The tie can have a small print or color;
however, its overall appearance should be conservative.
Women
Hair/Makeup
Keep hair nice and neat. Keep hair nice and neat. There is
no specific hairstyle recommended, only that your hair is
clean and well groomed.

Applicability
General Information
All employees are required to wear Uniforms from Monday to Friday.
Smart Casuals (Denims /T-Shirts with collars) are allowed only on Saturday.
Employees who have to interact with clients /Vendors /consultants / Government
agencies will be required to wear formal attire even outside the office premises.
Slippers, sandals and floaters are not allowed at all.
Gents
Uniforms on all days Monday to Friday, Saturday Smart Casuals(T Shirts with
collars and Jeans , No T-shirts without collars )
Need to shave daily.
Ties would be worn at the office; employees at the site office/working on the field
are exempted from wearing the tie.
Lady employees
All employees are expected to adhere to the Dress code policy .Corrective action will be
taken if the above code is not adhered to.
Dress Code
This policy is applicable to all employees of COMPNAY NAME in order to:
1 Maintain COMPNAY NAME culture and office decorum.
2 Portray professionalism as expected in/by the organization.
Guideline
1 Formal Business Wear applies to all personnel on working days, starting Monday
through Friday. Formal ties and Business Suits to be worn appropriately when likely
to be involved in customer meetings, demonstrations or presentations.
2 Informal Business Wear applies to all employees on Saturday & holidays.
For Men For Women
Appropriate Formal Business Wear (Monday to Friday)
While meeting clients and other special occasions, employees may be required to
dress up in full formal wear. The dress code and the dates of such visits will be
announced well in advance vide Official Circulars.
Informal dressing in the following form is not acceptable:
Any apparel with slogans or pictures, shorts of any kind, sleeveless clothes or tops, faded
denim slacks, sweat suits or jogging suits, sundresses, mini-skirts, tank/crop tops, spandex
clothing, leggings, leather vests or pants, mens sandals, tennis/sports shoes, baseball caps
or hats of any kind, torn, faded, un-pressed or distressed clothing of any kind. Maintain your
ideal weight for best demeanor.
Any dress deemed inappropriate or unprofessional will be addressed with the individual by
his/her Manager on an individual basis.
