Task Description
This assessment we will investigate and analysis outdoor activities and environmental
issues. You will select an outdoor activity and investigate the skill, fitness, nutritional, risk
and training components that will aid development and prepare individuals for an extended
expedition of 10 days. You will present your ideas, opinions and information in a variety
forms using appropriate language. You will need to select a relevant target group and
structure your report to reflect the specific details needed for these individuals to be ready
for their expedition.
