OBJECTIVES

Besides consideration of income and profit, the group aims to have a good
performance to be able to market their products effectively. They also aimed at giving joy to people
even in their own simple ways. They strived willingly in helping out with regards to their special
needs. Providing them products which was made especially for them. Also it is critically pivotal to
settle the most suitable price to our products. Primarily it is one of the business goals because on
the looks of it, when a certain product is a bit pricy or if the price is too high, customers cannot
afford it, on the other hand if the price is too low, our business might lose the profit. And so prices
of the goods should be appropriate and it is also indeed important to know that our business should
yield profits because this will tail a business into its full circle or progression. Also having a strong
partnership will keep the business consistent and going. It can serve its purpose of making each
member learn the ins and outs of managing a business and the values that goes with it. Practically,
it implies that a business can be started if there is a background on what to do and how it should
be done, taking into consideration all the mechanisms needed in running a business such as this
one.

1. Defining the goal clearly

The group decided to apply ideas relative in dealing with business matters that
somehow allow every member to become more aware on the skills necessary in selling goods. It
adequately enhances the ability of attracting customers through different approaches of
encouraging them to patronize the goods. Shawtyskrema Food Indulgence inhibits manipulative
action so as to definitely convince everyone that the company is capable of delivering goods in
accordance with what will be the demand of the public. It suggests that merchandise solely begin
on the willingness to accept ideas and work hand-in-hand in the realization on the planned
activities aligned in accordance with the expected output. Naturally, persons responsible in laying
down the plan should inhibit competency so that responsibilities and tasks that will be entrusted
can somehow be done appropriately. Active participation on the plan until its implementation must
be seen in each member so as to be assured of the success underlying the business planned.
2. Selecting the person who will be given the task

Daryl and Mark Dave were chosen for the marketing. Next, Phillipe was asked to do
and prepare the products. Then, Kimberly was entrusted of the preparation and alignment of the
goods and chattels. Lastly, Mark James was delegated to do the peddling.

3. Assigning of Responsibility

Daryl has been chosen together with Mark Dave to market goods and chattels
because they are well exposed on that matter. As they had the experience in buying goods, they
knew where to purchase, moreover they can save money for other expenses. Phillipe is the one
who was chosen in making their products because through his experience and achievements the
group entrusted him that he can provide a palatable dish that suits everyones taste. As Kimberly
once experienced being an ACP cadet the group is confident that she can manage the products as
well as to be preparative. Mark James has been designated to vend the products. Since he is
freshman of the campus the group agreed to assist him in selling the foodstuffs.

4. Giving the assigned person enough time and resources to do the task

Initiative, willingness and openness on whatever outcomes arise in doing the


business. Each of them had their share in the course of preparing on what is necessary in order to
begin the task. Everyone patiently prepared all the necessary materials intended of the product
preparation as well as the selling process. Different materials such as styro, disposable spoon /
cups, food containers, tray, toothpick, knife and plates comprised everything that concerns in the
manner of preparing the products that needs to be sold during the occasion. It definitely enhances
the appeal of what should be sold. In addition, all the ingredients matter most because it
determines the taste of the prepared food. No one seemed to be hesitant or reluctant to partake in
the foregoing business.

5. Checking the task accomplishment progress

From time to time, Phillipe as the team leader made sure that everything is in proper
condition and under control. Then, the members are doing what they are supposed to do in
accordance with what they want to achieve. Due to the patrons demand on the product there is a
need to make some more and it took a while before everyone was served of their orders because
ingredients will still be purchased on the market that is why time allotment was asked for delivery
of orders. Another problem encountered was inability to sustain product reservation primarily
because of the need to give it to those who are patiently waiting to have their turn in purchasing
the goods. Shawtyskrema Food Indulgence team pours out their whole heart to suffice the hunger
and cravenness of the customers. We always follow our A.D.S. to continuously Aim High, Dream
High and Soar High to be recognized by the customers that this business merchandise is worthy
and really commendable for a job well done.
6. Making sure that the task objective has been achieved

This merchandise business was started when Fr. Erwin decided to have a group that
needs to endorse a product which is the chocovron. Then, he also asked them to think of their
businesss name for proper marketing strategies. Initially, he urged them to invest an amount that
will suffice products cost. Every group purchased five packs of chocovron which will be intended as
initial investment before taking up to the actual business.
Shawtyskrema Food Indulgence Team agreed upon to sell their product costing Php
10.00 each. And in every pack of product the team will get its profit price of Php 50.00. It is a good
start because each of them does not find a little problem in peddling it. On the next day, since their
class was selling common products with different prices became a hinder because students are very
practical. They will choose the product costing the lowest price of all. Days passed by when Mr.
Eduardo Quinto announced their decision that this business will cover four subjects; Fundamental
of Accounting Business and Management, Business Mathematics, Organization and Management
and Empowerment of Technologies. Yes, pressure is on because once the team failed it, four
subjects will be impaired, but the team always aim for the best and lessen the negativity to
embrace the real purpose of the said task or activity.
The day before their foundation and also the day in which their business is about to
begin, excitement and nervousness arose in the midst of high demands from the customers and
other people around them. There are a lot of competitors that the group must compete with, from
St. Teresa of Calcutta class and St. Faustina of Kowalska class. You can see the eagerness to make
their commerce stand out from the rest. But, the group does not consider it as a hindrance instead
it motivates them to push themselves beyond their limits. On the first day, Shawtyskrema Food
Indulgence team is undecided and thinking if the group should go on or not maybe because of the
possibility that the customers will not buy and patronize their products. Also, there is a chance that
they will choose the others products than theirs. But, despite that sentiment the team practically
knows that there will be no definite result unless they try. As a proof, on their second day there had
been a good turnout, they were able to get a high profit apart from what they expect and things
became possible due to the effort exerted by each of them. On the third day, it was still the same,
the demand is still there customers are asking for the product availability and that outcome
motivates them to produce more goods. Last day of the event seemed to be unpredictable. On the
contrary the days sales can be considered an achievement. When the night comes thats where
sudden change occurred. The sales may not be that good products were sold only in certain
numbers. There was difficulty in selling the products mainly because the people seemed so busy on
the event and the environment turned out to be a mixture of festivities. That occurrence did not
hinder the group to feel joyful. Thats why each of them enjoyed the moment as the group hand in
the business. The team always bear in mind that every member is always on their side and
certainly at their back to guide and help them when they are in need. It was proven that no matter
what the obstacles maybe if it was done with passion and love nothing may seem to be difficult.
Things can easily be done, happiness and enjoyment can really be seen despite all the challenges.
Afterwards, God became the center of everything, pain made them stronger and patrons command
them to scream for yes the squad made it and very thankful for the clients feedback,
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!
