Liberty, the pioneering footwear company, has launched an innovative concept of One
Stop School Shop called Anything Skool. The concept has been evolved to service
the school
requirements to alleviate the difficulties faced by both the parents and the school
managements alike, for getting value for money products, from a single destination. The
company plans to groom a marketing team of persons with uncanny zeal to grow.
The persons with dedication and smart working will be absorbed into regular
employment at
the level of Marketing Executive, after a successful training of six months.

Chandigarh, Nainital, Dehradun, Pune, Nagpur

Educational Qualifications and Skills:

MBA (Marketing) or equivalent from a reputed institute. MBA General/Marketing &
Sales/International Business.
Excellence in Communication Skills, both written and verbal
Analytical Skills to study competition.
Aptitude for team building.

Functional Area: To market and promote companys products under the concept of
One Stop School Solution in the schools of their allocated area and to develop the
Distribution Channel for distribution of the products to the end customer as per rules
and policies of the company.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Market study of competition for school supplies in the allocated area.
Market Mapping as per companys vision and policy.
Meeting Prospects for Channel Development showcasing companys concept to develop the
channel in the area.
Conducting School Survey and managing to approach the schools for promotion of the
concept and business generation.
 Maintenance of adequate and classified data for upto date information.
Market study of trends in Product Categories in the area to impart first-hand knowledge to
the merchandizing team for further product development.
Ensuring complete customer satisfaction for increasing the overall market share of the
business.
Inculcating a sense of team work for achieving better results.

Compensation:

Initial Salary will be in the range of 2.40 LPA-3.00 LPA. The Company is open
to compensation for the live-wire candidates.
