II. SCOPE AND LIMITATION

In our group, we choose to study the REGULAR SAVINGS SYSTEM of PMPC,

TUDELA BRANCH. This system is imposed to cater people who would like to set aside
their extra money from their income. Technically, regular savings means to deposit at least
P100.00 to open up an account. As it reaches P500.00, the annual interest of 3% is now
computed to be added on to the balance. Since this is regular savings, depositors can
withdraw their money any time they want to but it must have at least P100.00 remaining
balance for further transactions. It also accept checks as long as valid and not bouncing
checks as a form of deposit.
Addition to that, we are only concerned about the typical transactions in PMPC,
TUDELA BRANCH in their regular savings deposit of old depositors and it does not covers
withdrawal transactions at all.

III. SUMMARY OF BUSINESS ACTIVITIES

the teller together with the money and passbook.
2. The teller will forward the money to the cashier and the deposit slip would be
given to the account officer.
3. The account officer will verify the passbook and the deposit slip if the amount
written in the passbook corresponds with the deposit slip.
4. The account officer would give back the verified passbook to the depositor.
