Positive New Technologies

Even in the face of the suppression under the cabal, new and amazing technologies continue to
emerge. Once the cabal have been removed from power we will begin to see an avalanche of not
so much new; but already existing, supressed technologies flood out into the public domain. This
will dramatically advance humanity in positive, truly freeing and constructive ways; whilst enabling
us to clean up the mess that has been made of our envirnoment by cabal initiatives.

Adanced technologies have been hidden from the populace for so long, because the cabal had
their own plans and did not consider the 'sheeple' worthy of sharing such thigns with - not to
mention the fact that it would have eroded their control if we were not to be subjected to the
farcical constraint of "scare resources".

Most people are in for a seriously steep learning curve when they have the opportunity to come to
realise the scale of deception, in terms of the technologies that have been kept from us.

WWW Founder Tim Berners-Lee working On A New Decentralised Web

June 17 2016 | From: IndianExpress / NewYorkTimes

The Decentralized Web Summit was held from June 8-9 in San Francisco, and envisions a web not
controlled by governments.

Tim Berners-Lee, the creator of the World Wide Web (WWW), is exploring the idea of a new decentralised version of
the web, along with other internet scientists, reports the New York Times (See below also).

The Decentralized Web Summit was held from June 8-9 in San Francisco, and envisions a web which is not controlled by
corporations or governments across the world.
Its (Web) been great, but spying, blocking sites, repurposing peoples content, taking you to the wrong websites -
that completely undermines the spirit of helping people create, Tim Berners-Lee told NYT.

Other than Tim Berners-Lee, the Decentralised Web Summitt saw the participation of Mozilla Projects Mitchell Baker, Vint
Cerf who is widely seen as one of the Fathers of the Internet, and is vice president and Chief Internet Evangelist
for Google. Cerf is co-creator of the TCP/IP protocols.

Also on the panels were Cory Doctorow, an author, journalist, and Special Advisor at the Electronic Frontier Foundation,
along with Brewster Kahle, who is the founder and Digital Librarian of the Internet Archive, which is the largest digital library
in the world.

As the NYT article notes, the idea behind the summit is to ensure digital memory is preserved, and the web isnt controlled
by governments or certain big cloud services.

According to the Decentralised Web Summit website, the current state of the web is not private or censorship-free.

The website reads;

It lacks a memory, a way to preserve our cultures digital record through time. The Decentralized Web aims to
make the Web open, secure and free of censorship by distributing data, processing, and hosting across millions of
computers around the world, with no centralised control.

The Project, which is still in the early days envisions a truly open web, compared to the current one, which is subject to
government control.

As the NYT article points out the world wide web is one of the means for accessing the internet. The latter is the network
path and infrastructure connecting the worlds computers.
Because the web is not full decentralised, censorship means that access to some of these pages on the Internet can be
blocked. For examples Chinas Great Firewall blocks access to quite a few websites, including Google, Facebook and
Twitter.

The Webs Creator Looks To Reinvent It

Twenty-seven years ago, Tim Berners-Lee created the World Wide Web as a way for scientists to
easily find information.
A group of top computer scientists gathered in San Francisco on Tuesday to discuss a new phase for the web

It has since become the worlds most powerful medium for knowledge, communications and commerce - but that
doesnt mean Mr. Berners-Lee is happy with all of the consequences.

It controls what people see, creates mechanisms for how people interact, he said of the modern day web.

Its been great, but spying, blocking sites, repurposing peoples content, taking you to the wrong websites - that
completely undermines the spirit of helping people create.

So on Tuesday, Mr. Berners-Lee gathered in San Francisco with other top computer scientists - including Brewster Kahle,
head of the nonprofit Internet Archive and an internet activist - to discuss a new phase for the web.

Today, the World Wide Web has become a system that is often subject to control by governments and corporations.
Countries like China can block certain web pages from their citizens, and cloud services like Amazon Web Services hold
powerful sway.

So what might happen, the computer scientists posited, if they could harness newer technologies - like the software used for
digital currencies, or the technology of peer-to-peer music sharing - to create a more decentralized web with more privacy,
less government and corporate control, and a level of permanence and reliability?

National histories, the story of a country, now happen on the web, said Vinton G. Cerf, another founder of the
internet and chief internet evangelist at Google, in a phone interview ahead of a speech to the group scheduled for
Wednesday.

People think making things digital means theyll last forever, but that isnt true now.
The project is in its early days, but the discussions - and caliber of the people involved - underscored how the World Wide
Webs direction in recent years has stirred a deep anxiety among some technologists.

The revelations by Edward J. Snowden that the web has been used by governments for spying and the realization that
companies like Amazon, Facebook and Google have become gatekeepers to our digital lives have added to concerns.

Brewster Kahle, founder and digital librarian of the Internet Archive, center left, and Tim Berners-Lee, who invented the World Wide Web, center
right, with other attendees at the Decentralized Web Summit

On Tuesday, Mr. Berners-Lee and Mr. Kahle and others brainstormed at the event, called the Decentralized Web Summit,
over new ways that web pages could be distributed broadly without the standard control of a web server computer, as well
as ways of storing scientific data without having to pay storage fees to companies like Amazon, Dropbox or Google.

Efforts at creating greater amounts of privacy and accountability, by adding more encryption to various parts of the web and
archiving all versions of a web page, also came up. Such efforts would make it harder to censor content.

Edward Snowden showed weve inadvertently built the worlds largest surveillance network with the web, said Mr.
Kahle, whose group organized the conference.

China can make it impossible for people there to read things, and just a few big service providers are the de facto
organizers of your experience. We have the ability to change all that.

Many people conflate the internets online services and the web as one and the same - yet they are technically quite
different. The internet is a networking infrastructure, where any two machines can communicate over a variety of paths, and
one local network of computers can connect with other networks.

The web, on the other hand, is a popular means to access that network of networks. But because of the way web pages are
created, managed and named, the web is not fully decentralized. Take down a certain server and a certain web page
becomes unavailable. Links to pages can corrode over time.
Censorship systems like Chinas Great Firewall eliminate access to much information for most of its people. By looking at
internet addresses, it is possible for governments and companies to get a good idea of who is reading which web pages.

In some ways, the efforts to change the technology of creating the web are a kind of coming-of-age story. Mr. Berners-Lee
created the World Wide Web while working at CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research, as a tool for
scientists. Today, the web still runs on technologies of the older world.

Consider payments. In many cases, people pay for things online by entering credit card information, not much different from
handing a card to a merchant for an imprint.

The Internet Archive hosted the Decentralized Web Summit in an old church building in San Francisco
At the session on Tuesday, computer scientists talked about how new payment technologies could increase individual
control over money. For example, if people adapted the so-called ledger system by which digital currencies are used, a
musician might potentially be able to sell records without intermediaries like Apples iTunes. News sites might be able to
have a system of micropayments for reading a single article, instead of counting on web ads for money.

Ad revenue is the only model for too many people on the web now, Mr. Berners-Lee said.

People assume todays consumer has to make a deal with a marketing machine to get stuff for free, even if
theyre horrified by what happens with their data. Imagine a world where paying for things was easy on both sides.

Mr. Kahles Internet Archive, which exists on a combination of grants and fees from digitizing books for libraries,
operates the Wayback Machine, which serves as a record of discontinued websites or early versions of pages.

To make that work now, Mr. Kahle has to search and capture a page, then give it a brand new web address. With the right
kind of distributed system, he said;

The archive can have all of the versions, because there would be a permanent record located across many sites.

The movement to change how the web is built, like a surprising number of technology discussions, has an almost religious
dimension.

Some of the participants are extreme privacy advocates who have created methods of building sites that cant be censored,
using cryptography. Mr. Cerf said he was wary of extreme anonymity, but thought the ways that digital currencies
permanently record transactions could be used to make the web more accountable.

Still, not all the major players agree on whether the web needs decentralizing.

The web is already decentralized, Mr. Berners-Lee said.

The problem is the dominance of one search engine, one big social network, one Twitter for microblogging. We
dont have a technology problem, we have a social problem.

One that can, perhaps, be solved by more technology.

13-Year-Old Invents Tesla Inspired Free Energy Device For Under $15
May 21 2016 | From: WakingTimes

Inspired by the geniuses Nikola Tesla and Albert Einstein, teenager Max Loughan loves to invent
things, in fact, he says he has known his entire short life that his purpose was to change the world
with his inventions. And he may just do it.
Wearing a lab coat while speaking in a televised interview with KTVN Channel 2 in Reno and Tahoe, Nevada, Max
explains the free energy device that he made in his parents boiler room turned laboratory.

"As cheesy as this sounds, from day one, on this planet that I knew I was put here for a reason, said Max. And
that reason is to invent, to bring the future.

- Source

His invention looks somewhat reminiscent of Tesla coil, and operates on some of the same principles described by the
electric visionary. The device is rather simple, harvesting electromagnetic energy from the atmosphere, then converting it to
direct current which can be used to power electrical devices.

Whats even more incredible is that Max built his free energy device out of materials he purchased for less than $15. Thats
right, for the price of an average lunch, it appears that anyone can have access to free energy.

"He created an electro magnetic harvester out of a coffee can, some wire, two coils, and a spoon.

- Source

In a demonstration with KTVN, Max uses current created by the machine to power a strip of LED lights that he had wrapped
around his twin brother, astonishing to both his own family and the visiting news crew.

The harvester conducts radio waves, thermal, and static energy, and turns it into electricity.

This wire takes energy from the air.

And the inside the coffee can,

We turn it from AC to DC.

Setting Free Energy Free

Maxs achievement is impressive, to say the least, and the fact that works of Nikola Tesla are now inspiring the next
generation of inventors is quite inspiring, although one has to wonder why Teslas ideas have taken some 75 years to reach
the mainstream.
The big message here again, though, is that free energy technologies are real, so why is the world still dependent on fossil
fuels and extraction based methods of energy production that are destroying our planet? Why cant we have clean running
automobiles that are powered with ambient energy and produce zero emissions?

The suppression of free energy devices and technology by the energy industry and by the government is an established fact
of our world. Using many techniques and programs to suppress ideas and inventions like Maxs is finally coming to an end,
however, in the information age. Now anyone can participate in the energy revolution.

My true goal is to help. It is to invent a future where people can be happy, where they can be safe and
sound.

the possibility of clean and free energy. Our future depends on it.

Investigating The Keshe Technologies

April 21 2016 | From: VeteransToday

Several years ago, one thing became clear - that if Keshe technology was real, the world would
change, and hydrocarbons would be a thing of the past as fuel, and that our world economy, an
energy slave economy, was dead. It goes further.
Governments, the US, Israel and Britain, have been contacted about sharing technology that would, if Keshe is
right, make the planes, missiles and even the billion dollar cradle to grave surveillance nightmare useless.

Now we can share what we do know, the basis for Keshe theory, for the Keshe machines, for Keshes irritating language of
magravs and plasma is very real. His crap actually makes electricity out of thin air just like he said and, if that is true,
and it is, then the whole thing is going to burn to the ground, the whole sick mess.

As of today, we can categorically state that Keshe tech is very real, that physics we are taught in school,
physics the US publicly espouses as valid, is not. We had known that several major aerospace companies
were involved in projects, not only outside conventional science but much further, including time travel,
thought inducement and deep space exploration, all using capabilities beyond conventional reality.

We now know that though it all may not be true, much of it is now probably true and some of the impossible is certainly
true. We begin:

Iranian nuclear physicist and peace activist, Mehran Keshe, has officially announced that it was his technology that brought
down an American RQ170 Sentinel drone over Iran and disabled the AEGIS destroyer, the USS Donald Cook, in the Black
Sea. The US has given no plausible explanation for the downing of the RQ 170 drone.
We have, during the past few weeks, been able to verify that Keshe energy units do actually work. We had
test results from other sources, but we did our own."

Veterans Today began investigating Mehran Keshe several years ago. Some of this story we have told before, so please be
patient. Keeping it short as possible, I assigned Colonel Hanke, who works with DARPA on energy projects, along with Mike
Harris, to work with the Keshe group.

The video shows, the pen writes, then it doesn't... and this changes everything

Then I sent Dr. Riccardo Maggiore of MIT to visit Keshe in Italy. We then went further and there was a good reason. Iran
had captured an American RQ170 stealth drone, something impossible.

Moreover, Keshe had two groups of painfully inept detractors, a pair of cabals from the free energy community, a
group that makes the new truther groups seem impressive. For those unaware, there is a huge online community of
fraudsters who haunt the anti-vacc and natural medicine websites.

To learn about these folks, simply google keshe and you can list them. One in Morocco was picked up and questioned last
week about missing children and another, in Belgium (and Netherlands, depending on day of the week) showed up on an
INTERPOL notice tied to a trafficking and slavery complaint.
Our partnerships with ECIPS, DESI and Center for Counter Terrorism have been very useful. They have
given us full access to agencies across Europe. This has been a nasty business with some very nasty
people and, quite frankly, dealing with this kind of thing is childs play for the VT gang.

Where my notice was tweaked was when MI6 started to trip over themselves in their usual delightfully oh so British
fashion, as Michael Shrimpton puts it. We knew this Keshe had worked in Iran with a massive budget on projects
unrelated to anything arms inspectors have looked at. Keshe doesnt do missiles or bombs.

We also know that China has taken a strong interest in Keshe. Our concern is how China is volunteering to throw endless
funding to move Keshe medical and other tech from the imaginary physics stage to operation. Either we all trust China,
something I am not totally averse to doing, or begin playing with governments we long ago discovered cant be
trusted. There is no easy way out of this.

Lets move on to something less dark, something more fun to talk about, and I will turn this over to Ian Greenhalgh:

We suspect that the Keshe technology is the result of reverse-engineering Alien hardware; we further
suspect that the Iranians found this hardware during archaeological exploration and it is millenia old.

Sharing this technology with Russia may have been a case of Iran lacking the resources to reverse-
engineer whatever they found and the Russians are the acknowledged experts at reverse-engineering.

Sources indicate that Gordon Duff had been briefed on ancient technology dumps in both Iran and
Ukraine but he is unwilling to discuss this.

A little over two years ago, Preston James wrote an article that seems almost prescient in light of recent intelligence:

Unsubstantiated rumors have been seeping out of deep contacts inside Russian Space Command the last few
weeks that, not only does the new Putins Russia have a well developed Secret Space war Program, but that this
Program provides substantial ultra-high-tech back-engineered offensive and defensive weaponry.

And that such advanced weaponry can and will be deployed if Israel is able to once again deploy their hijacked
American War Machine to start another Proxy War, this time in the Ukraine against Putins New Russia.
This advanced weaponry appears to have been deployed against the USS Sitting Duck in the Black Sea, an event that sent
very real shivers down the spines of American and Israeli military and political leaders (if they possess spines, that is).
Preston goes on to ask:

Do Russians now have access to Space War Weapons based on back-engineered Alien ET technology gained
through a new treaty negotiated between Putin and a certain group of Alien ETs who are enemies of the group
controlling the World Zionists (WZs) and the International Zionist Crime Syndicate (IZCS)?

The answer to this appears to be a definite maybe; it would certainly explain why Russia has stood firm against the Zionists
and the criminal operations in Ukraine and Syria, despite wide-ranging sanctions that, despite denials, have undoubtedly
damaged their economy and the ruble and an ever-growing belligerence on the part of certain figures in NATO such as Gen.
Breedlove.

In short, maybe Putin is standing up to the criminals because someone does have his back. Preston also made a good
guess at what some of the offensive weapons that have resulted from back-engineering might be:

The actual state of back-engineered Alien ET technology for Russian weapons systems is not known by American
Intel at this time. But estimates are constructed using advanced algorithms on advanced computers to make
estimates.

And the latest version of the Russian Sunburn Missile System is a good example of an advanced weapons system
that can be used to project what could be considered a fairly good estimate of the current state of Russian Secret
Space war weaponry that has been deployed.

Some military technology experts believe that the Sunburn is based on Alien ET back-engineered technology. Why
would they think this? Because the latest versions of the Sunburn are believed to have hiving capability and the
ability to travel at speeds up to 7,000 to 9,000 miles per hour. That is a lot more than the officially released figures
of Mach 2.1.
Hiving is the ability of these missiles when launched in mass to remain in constant communication with one
another on special scrambled frequencies which constantly change.

If one or more Sunburn missile is shot down or interfered with, the rest adjust in response to the threat, re-target,
and resort to random defensive maneuvers to make sure every target is still covered and attacked by priority of
importance.

Some of these maneuvers are so gravity-defying, it is suspected that anti-gravity technology has been utilized in
the latest model of the Sunburn missiles. It is also suspected that new anti-matter light and time warping
technologies are used to provide advanced cloaking for these Sunburns.

If these rumors are even close to accurate it means that any USN ships within range of these Sunburns (which
may be substantially greater than the claimed 1200 miles), could be sunk within mere minutes.

Some experts believe that the USAF (or the USN) has nothing that can adequately respond to the Sunburn, and
even the Rail guns and high-powered particle beams which have been secretly deployed on some carriers and
destroyers and kept under wraps until needed, or on special Space war orbital platforms, cannot respond fast or
accurately enough to stop all of a hive of Sunburns that are launched.

Now here is the grim truth. No matter how good American Intel has been about the Russians Secret Space War
Program and the level of advanced back-engineered Alien ET technology, which now has been deployed, it is
limited. And it is unlikely that the full story has been gained by American Intel, due to the various levels of secrecy
and need to know installed around the Russians secret Space War Program.

Of course this kind of layered secrecy has been installed around Americas Secret Space War Program. Americas
secret Space War program is unfortunately now run by foreign offshore-controlled, private defense Contractors,
most of whom are deeply infiltrated by Israeli Intel, some of whom are actually deep cover spies who report directly
to Russian Intel, unbeknownst to the Israelis who are cocky and getting quite careless lately.

What is unique about Keshes program is its direction. When he talks about peace, he means it. You know, what has
irritated so many about Iran and China is their unwillingness to, despite their burgeoning military spending, threaten
neighbors or build offensive capabilities. Yes, Iran has missiles but Israel and Saudi Arabia, not the best neighbors for
anyone, have nuclear weapons and a reputation for bad behavior.

If Keshe tech can take down an RQ170, what would it do with an F18 or even an F35 as Keshe reminds us in Video 2?

The key is going to be, based on the assumption that we are dealing with something real, how we can make this
something more than a military game or, worse still and a scenario we are prepared to deal with as best possible,
how long do we wait until defense contracting firms and the secret society types move from trolling to poisoning
or lets say shooting at Keshe and his wife Carolyn while they are in their car. No, waitthats already been done."

I am not at home around Keshe people but what are Keshe people? There is an article out there accusing me and the
CIA (funny?) of running the upcoming Keshe event later this month. I did, however, review applicants to attend, a list that
was carefully screened based on the requirement of the hosting country, one that has very strong policies on things like
terrorism and crime.

I found lots of engineers, world experts on nanotechnology, more than a couple, but curiously, oil and chemical company
execs who seem to really want to be there.
What this can be, and maybe what it is, above all things is a way for people to find each other and, without government
handouts and permission from the Wizard of Oz, take control of their lives, their future and their way of life.

I dont see room for what we have learned to recognize as government in this scenario. I will cry when the last one is shut
down.

Chinas $50 Trillion Global Clean Energy Project Muted By Panama Papers
April 13 2016 | From: Geopolitics

We have been following how the BRICS would implement their ambitious free energy transition
from fossil fuels: China announced that it is planning to interconnect all existing and soon to be
constructed solar farms for continuous power supply throughout the globe.
Yet, only NBC out of many in the mainstream media published it with prominence. Those same media which
flooded the world with global warming hoax, or the more generalized climate change narrative, the so-called
environment loving institutions are either so silent about it, or have buried it out of sight, or calling it crazy
outright.

But one could only wonder how extensive their coverage was, and still is, when only 3 days after that very significant
Chinas $50 Trillion Global Clean Energy Project announcement, Soros ordered the release of Panama Papers which
turned out to be a cheap shot at Putin, and Xi Jinping.

While Putin is handling the matter with cool, Xi takes a more proactive stance, i.e. censorship as usual. How else could the
Nazionist propaganda be neutralized in China?
They are far smarter that those who are crying suppression of free speech who are themselves guilty of doing the same.
Keeping a large country intact is far more important to China than free speech, at this very crucial time in our history.

Of course, Xi Jinping is expected to take measures on the leaked offshore companies of his comrades as he is proven to be
a reformist in running after government corruption since coming to power.

Through this ambitious, yet feasible $50 trillion clean energy plan, approximately 80% of the Earthlings power requirement
could be satisfied.

"China has unveiled a proposal for a $50 trillion global electricity network that would help fight pollution and the
effects of climate change.

The plan envisions linking existing and future solar farms, wind turbines and electricity plants in Asia,
Europe, Africa and the Americas, according to the head of State Grid Corporation of China.

The proposal is in its initial stages and would require huge investment from around the world. If it goes ahead, it
would be the worlds largest infrastructure project. It could be operational by 2050, according to backers."

- NBC

The logic being that solar power could be used round the clock even at sundown since on the other side of the planet the
sun is already rising.

Realistically, the year 2050 is so far away, so why should we be optimistic about this?

This announcement is only meant to inform the world, especially Big Oiligarchs, that the East is very serious about moving
away from oil. This is to give all countries enough time to divest from oil and retool their industries to cleaner sources of
energy, which is what some Western oil drilling companies are already doing.

Related: Free Energy is Dawning: Oil Companies Moving Away from Fossil Fuels
But the real plan is to unleash hydrogen and nuclear fusion-based energy sources, not 34 years from now, but much sooner,
as every government had been sitting on these technologies for decades now.

Another way to see this is to foster global cooperation to heal the planet from all destructive geopolitical maneuvers, not just
in terms of physical infrastructures, but psychological.

Oil country like Saudi Arabia is also on board with its $2.6 trillion megafund, as they call it:

Saudi Arabia Plans $2.6 Trillion Megafund for Life After Oil
From: SydneyMorningHerald

Man with a plan: Mohammed Bin Salman, Saudi Arabias Deputy Crown Prince.

Saudi Arabia is getting ready for the twilight of the oil age by creating the worlds largest sovereign wealth fund for the
kingdoms most prized assets.

Over a five-hour conversation, Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman laid out his vision for the Public Investment
Fund, which will eventually control more than $US2 trillion ($2.6 trillion) and help wean the kingdom off oil.

As part of that strategy, the prince said, Saudi will sell shares in Aramcos parent company and transform the oil giant into
an industrial conglomerate. The initial public offering could happen as soon as next year, with the country currently planning
to sell less than 5 per cent.

"IPOing Aramco and transferring its shares to PIF [the Public Investment Fund] will technically make investments
the source of Saudi government revenue, not oil, the prince said in an interview at the royal compound in Riyadh
that ended at 4 am Thursday.

What is left now is to diversify investments. So within 20 years, we will be an economy or state that doesnt
depend mainly on oil.
Thats another reason why Saudi Arabia is flooding the world with cheap oil.

Iran is also developing its post-sanction economy away from oil.

Iran has no problem with U.S. companies investing in its economy and creating joint ventures, President Hassan Rouhani
said on Tuesday, and he called for foreign investment and diversification away from oil.

The president said the lifting of sanctions last month under a nuclear deal with world powers would see foreign investment
turn Iran into an exporter of manufactured goods and ease the economys reliance on oil exports.

- Reuters

What these divestments illustrate is that the world is tired of wars for oil. Its time for humanity to grow up.

The only concern we might have with regards to linking all power grids into one is it could be used to facilitate technocratic
dictatorship. But, that could only happen if we will allow it to happen.

China itself is saying that the power grid setup would be much more like the internet where anyone can go offline anytime he
wishes to.

In the end, the economic system itself must be upgraded to do away with money itself. Thats why the enemy is doing
everything it can to sustain mass vaccinations, chemtrails and genetic manipulations.

Vigilance is still paramount, and only a perpetual revolution could set us free.
Blockchain Payment System - How The Financial World Can Be Saved
March 16 2016 | From: TheDailyBlog

Payment revolution: Long ago, people bought and sold things face-to-face. A pair of shoes was
bought from the shoe shop, paid for by cash and later by plastic card. Then came the online
retailer, making it possible to buy things from far way without knowing the seller.

As technology advanced this method has changed. Today, you can buy something from China without ever
knowing the seller, which opened the door for fraud. For example when you buy a stock, how do you know the
seller actually owns the stock? How do you know he wont take your money and run? And how does he know youll
actually pay for the stock?

Todays financial transactional system is not as strong as people think it is, as these transactions undergo a clearing
procedure. Blockchain can replace this procedure, which makes transactions faster, cheaper, and more secure.

This blockchain payment system is the closest thing to digital cash; blockchain is the technology behind bitcoin. Bitcoin
might fail but the blockchain is here to stay, as blockchain is not bitcoin. Unlike bitcoin, blockchain is not a currency, and
its not money.
Its a technology thats going to change the way people buys and sells things. Its more secured, cheaper, and far more
reliable than any system of payment system that exists today including cash, checks, and credit cards.

Soon, people will use blockchain to buy a car, TV-set, stocks, bonds, or real estate. Blockchain is an open ledger. It keeps
track of transactions, just like an old-fashioned ledger on a clerk stores worktop. But his ledger is only for him to see, but not
by the paying customer, in other words not equally secure for both transaction partners.

An open ledger is different. Its visible to everyone involved in a transaction. Buyers, sellers, regulators, and anyone granted
access could see the ledger. Plus, everyone involved in the transaction has their own copy of the ledger on their computer,
and all copies must agree. This prevents stealing or fraud.
Click on the image above to open a larger version in a new window

As an example when a pair of shoes is bought by using blockchain, both buyer and seller transmit the transaction over the
Internet. Everyone updates his or her copy of the ledger for this transaction, and then all parties compare ledgers.

When theres disagreement about the content, the most shared ledger is accepted as the truth, and the transaction
becomes permanent. The ledger record cannot be changed unless all parties in the transaction agree to it; this whole
process would take less than a minute.

Decentralised Payment System:

Blockchain is a decentralised payment system, because it takes the power out of the hands of a single institution like
banks. And it puts thepower in the hands of the people doing the transaction.

With blockchain, no central authority or group can manage or manipulate a transaction. And no one can steal things that are
secured by blockchain. Not thieves, hackers, or even the government. This blockchain system is incredible secure, which
makes it so remarkable.
In 2013, the U.S. government tried to seize over 600,000 Bitcoins worth over $100 million. The Department of Justice
claimed the owner of these Bitcoins was breaking the law. However, because Bitcoins are built on blockchain technology,
the Bitcoins were worthless to the U.S. government. Only the owner could sell or spend them. If he didnt agree to the
transaction, they could not be sold or spent.

Public Ledger:

To recapitulate; a blockchain is a public ledger of all transactions that have ever been executed. It is constantly growing as
completed blocks are added to it with a new set of recordings. The blocks are added to the blockchain in a linear,
chronological order.

Each computer connected to the network using a client that performs the task of validating and relaying transactions gets a
copy of the blockchain, which gets downloaded automatically upon joining the network. The blockchain has complete
information about the addresses and their balances right from the origin of a block to the most recently completed block.
A block is the current part of a blockchain, which records some or all of the recent transactions, and once completed goes
into the blockchain as permanent database. Each time a block gets completed, a new block is generated. There are a
countless number of such blocks in the blockchain.

The blocks are not randomly placed in a blockchain; they are linked to each other like a chain in proper linear,
chronological order with every block containing a hash of the previous block. The blockchain is a public; transparent
ledger that provides a chain of transactions, which is secure and reliable.

Difference with Conventional System:

In analogy with conventional banking, the blockchain is like a full history of banking transactions.Transactions are entered
chronologically in ablockchain just the way bank transactions are.

Click on the image above to open a larger version in a new window

Blocks, meanwhile, are like individual bank statements. All participants in the system share the blockchain database. The
full copy of the blockchain has records of every transaction ever executed. It can thus provide insight about facts like how
much of something belonged a particular address at any point in the past. Because a block can only reference one previous
block, it is impossible for two chains to merge.

Various institutes are considering and studying this technology for final application. So has the Commonwealth Bank of
Australia joined a consortium of global banks that have already tested a blockchain to transfer value between each other.

"It is clearly, in very clear terms, faster, cheaper and more transparent than some of the existing practices we have
today, says CBAs chief-information officer David Whiteing.
Further the Australian Securities Exchange is building a blockchain to test whether the technology will replace its existing
settlement systems, moving them close to real time.

"Every now and then, something comes along that might just change everything. And this is one of those
moments, says ASX chief executive Elmer Funke Kupper.

The potential cost savings from blockchain have been noted at the very highest levels of Australian finance.

Matter Will Be Created From Light Within A Year, Claim Scientists

December 30 2015 | From: TheGuardian

In a neat demonstration of E=mc 2, physicists believe they can create electrons and positrons from
colliding photons
In theory light and matter are interchangeable, but a practical demonstration was thought to be impossible. This is something that David Wilcock
investigates in his work in discovering the real nature of science that has been hidden from us

Researchers have worked out how to make matter from pure light and are drawing up plans to demonstrate the feat
within the next 12 months.

The theory underpinning the idea was first described 80 years ago by two physicists who later worked on the first atomic
bomb. At the time they considered the conversion of light into matter impossible in a laboratory.

But in a report published on Sunday, physicists at Imperial College London claim to have cracked the problem using high-
powered lasers and other equipment now available to scientists.

"We have shown in principle how you can make matter from light," said Steven Rose at Imperial.

"If you do this experiment, you will be taking light and turning it into matter."

The scientists are not on the verge of a machine that can create everyday objects from a sudden blast of laser energy. The
kind of matter they aim to make comes in the form of subatomic particles invisible to the naked eye.

The original idea was written down by two US physicists, Gregory Breit and John Wheeler, in 1934. They worked out that
very rarely two particles of light, or photons, could combine to produce an electron and its antimatter equivalent, a
positron. Electrons are particles of matter that form the outer shells of atoms in the everyday objects around us.
But Breit and Wheeler had no expectations that their theory would be proved any time soon. In their study, the physicists
noted that the process was so rare and hard to produce that it would be "hopeless to try to observe the pair formation in
laboratory experiments".

Oliver Pike, the lead researcher on the study, said the process was one of the most elegant demonstrations of Einstein's
famous relationship that shows matter and energy are interchangeable currencies.

"The Breit-Wheeler process is the simplest way matter can be made from light and one of the purest
demonstrations of E=mc2," he said.

Writing in the journal Nature Photonics, the scientists describe how they could turn light into matter through a number of
separate steps. The first step fires electrons at a slab of gold to produce a beam of high-energy photons. Next, they fire a
high-energy laser into a tiny gold capsule called a hohlraum, from the German for "empty room".

This produces light as bright as that emitted from stars. In the final stage, they send the first beam of photons into the
hohlraum where the two streams of photons collide.
The scientists' calculations show that the setup squeezes enough particles of light with high enough energies into a small
enough volume to create around 100,000 electron-positron pairs.

The process is one of the most spectacular predictions of a theory called quantum electrodynamics (QED) that was
developed in the run up to the second world war.

"You might call it the most dramatic consequence of QED and it clearly shows that light and matter are
interchangeable," Rose told the Guardian.

The scientists hope to demonstrate the process in the next 12 months. There are a number of sites around the world that
have the technology. One is the huge Omega laser in Rochester, New York. But another is the Orion laser at Aldermaston,
the atomic weapons facility in Berkshire.
A successful demonstration will encourage physicists who have been eyeing the prospect of a photon-photon collider as a
tool to study how subatomic particles behave.

"Such a collider could be used to study fundamental physics with a very clean experimental setup: pure light goes
in, matter comes out. The experiment would be the first demonstration of this," Pike said.

Andrei Seryi, director of the John Adams Institute at Oxford University, said:

"It's breathtaking to think that things we thought are not connected, can in fact be converted to each other: matter
and energy, particles and light. Would we be able in the future to convert energy into time and vice versa?"

Google: Our Quantum Computer Is 100 Million Times Faster Than A Conventional
System + Quantum Computers: A Grossly Oversimplified Introduction
December 14 2015 | From: ExtremeTech / Dwave / Wired / Qz

Ever since quantum computer manufacturer D-Wave announced that it had created an actual
system, there have been skeptics.
The primary concern was that D-Wave hadnt built a quantum computer as such, but instead constructed a system
that happened to simulate a quantum annealer - one specific type of quantum computing that the D-Wave
performs - more effectively than any previous architecture.

Earlier reports suggested this was untrue, and Google has now put such fears to rest. The company has presented findings
conclusively demonstrating the D-Wave does perform quantum annealing, and is capable of solving certain types of
problems up to 100 million times faster than conventional systems.

Over the past two years, D-Wave and Google have worked together to test the types of solutions that the quantum computer
could create and measure its performance against traditional CPU and GPU compute clusters. In a new blog post, Hartmut
Neven, director of engineering at Google, discusses the proof-of-principle problems the company designed and executed to
demonstrate quantum annealing can offer runtime advantages for hard optimization problems characterized by rugged
energy landscapes. He writes:

We found that for problem instances involving nearly 1000 binary variables, quantum annealing significantly
outperforms its classical counterpart, simulated annealing.

It is more than 108 times faster than simulated annealing running on a single core. We also compared the quantum
hardware to another algorithm called Quantum Monte Carlo.

This is a method designed to emulate the behavior of quantum systems, but it runs on conventional processors.
While the scaling with size between these two methods is comparable, they are again separated by a large factor
sometimes as high as 108.
Neven goes on to write that while these results prove, unequivocally, that D-Wave is capable of performance that no modern
system can match - optimizations are great and all, but a 100-million speed-up is tough to beat in software - the practical
impact of these optimizations is currently limited.

The problem with D-waves current generation of systems is that they are sparsely connected. This is illustrated in the
diagram below:
D-Wave 2s connectivity tree

Each dot in this diagram represents a qubit; the number of qubits in a system controls the size and complexity of the
problems it can perform. While each group of qubits is cross-connected, there are relatively few connections between the
groups of qubits.

This limits the kinds of computation that the D-Wave 2 can perform, and simply scaling out to more sparsely-connected qubit
clusters isnt an efficient way to solve problems (and cant work in all cases). Because of this, simulated annealing the
version performed by traditionally designed CPUs and GPUs - is still regarded as the gold standard that quantum
annealing needs to beat.

How much of an impact quantum computing will have on traditional markets is still unknown. Current systems rely on liquid
nitrogen cooling and incredibly expensive designs.

Costs may drop as new techniques for building more efficient quantum annealers are discovered, but so long as these
systems require NO2 to function, theyre not going to be widely used. Google, NASA, the NSA, and other supercomputer
clusters may have specialized needs that are best addressed by quantum computing in the long-term, but silicon and its
eventual successors are going to be the mainstay of the general-purpose computing market for decades to come. At least for
now, quantum computers will tackle the problems our current computers literally cant solve - or cant solve before the heat-
death of the universe, which is more-or-less the same thing.

A quantum computer taps directly into the fundamental fabric of reality the strange and
counterintuitive world of quantum mechanics to speed computation.

In traditional computing a bit is either in a 1 or a 0 state, one or the other. Quantum computers use quantum bits, qubits,
which can exist as 1s and 0s at the same time.

Not even the people who build it know exactly how it works and what it can do. Basically, the computational data
exists the machine and the answers come back from an unknown location - another dimension.

Quantum computers: A grossly oversimplified introduction

The foundation of all computing is a logic gate - a simple yes/no switch. In modern computers, one position of the switch
represents 0; the other represents 1. Your laptop computer contains billions of such gates, each of which switches between 1
and 0 billions of times a second.

Nonetheless, your computer has a handicap, imposed by classical physics. At any given moment it can only be in one state -
one particular combination of 1s and 0s across those billions of gates. It has to step through a sequence of such states to
complete a calculation.

But what if, instead, a vast number of copies of your computer could somehow exist in parallel, each representing one of
these possible states, and collectively perform the entire calculation simultaneously?
Quantum Computation

Rather than store information as 0s or 1s as conventional computers do, a quantum computer uses qubits which can be a
1 or a 0 or both at the same time. This quantum superposition, along with the quantum effects of entanglement and
quantum tunnelling, enable quantum computers to consider and manipulate all combinations of bits simultaneously, making
quantum computation powerful and fast.

But theres no way to tell what actually happened. Its in the nature of quantum physics - as outlined in the famous paradox of
Schrdingers cat- that you cannot look at something that is exhibiting quantum behavior without stopping its quantum
behavior. If you try to observe a qubit while its in a superposition of 0 and 1, you will see it as either 0 or 1, and you wont
know what it was doing before you started looking.

How D-Wave Systems Work

Quantum computing uses an entirely different approach than classical computing. A useful analogy is to think of a landscape
with mountains and valleys.
Solving optimization problems can be thought of as
trying to find the lowest point on this landscape.

Every possible solution is mapped to coordinates on

the landscape, and the altitude of the landscape is the
energy or cost of the solution at that point.

The aim is to find the lowest point on the map and

read the coordinates, as this gives the lowest energy,
or optimal solution to the problem.

Classical computers running classical algorithms can

only "walk over this landscape".

Quantum computers can tunnel through the landscape

making it faster to find the lowest point.

The D-Wave processor considers all the possibilities

simultaneously to determine the lowest energy
required to form those relationships.

The computer returns many very good answers in a

short amount of time - 10,000 answers in one second.

This gives the user not only the optimal solution or a

single answer, but also other alternatives to choose
from.

D-Wave systems use "quantum annealing" to solve

problems.

Quantum annealing tunes qubits from their superposition state to a classical state to return the set of answers scored to
show the best solution.

Programming D-Wave

To program the system a user maps their problem into this search for the lowest point. A user interfaces with the quantum
computer by connecting to it over a network, as you would with a traditional computer.

The users problems are sent to a server interface, which turns the optimization program into machine code to be
programmed onto the chip. The system then executes a "quantum machine instruction" and the results are returned to the
user.

D-Wave systems are designed to be used in conjunction with classical computers, as a "quantum co-processor".

Salt Water Powered Car Gets European Approval

September 3 2014 | From: IntelligentLiving

A car which uses an electrolyte flow cell power system is now certified for use on European roads.
The car is called the Quant e-Sportlimousine, which made its debut at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show.
Not only can this car run on salt water, but it is claimed that the car has peak power of 920 horsepower (680 kW), 0-62 mph
(100 km/h) in 2.8 seconds and a top speed of 217.5 mph (350 km/h).

"We are delighted as pioneers to be able to present an automobile driven by flow cell technology on public roads,
and one which achieves not only fantastic performance values but also zero emissions, a projected top speed of
over 350 km/h (217.5 mph), acceleration from 0-100 in 2.8 seconds, a torque of four times 2,900 Nm (2,139 lb-ft)
and a range of more than 600 km (373 mi) said Nunzio La Vecchia, the visionary behind the development of the
sports car.

After an in-depth inspection of the car, the German TV Sd in Munich handed over the official registration plate,
now the company will be able to test the car on public roads in Germany and Europe as the company prepares for
series production.

The flow cell system powering the Quant e-Sportlimousines four electric motors develops electricity from the
electrochemical reaction created by two electrolyte solutions. This electricity is forwarded to super capacitors
where its stored and distributed.

In an interview, La Vecchia stated the benefits of the NanoFlowercell system; The power density of the
nanoFLOWCELL at 600 W per kilogram or per litre is greater than any comparable system; five times greater, to
be specific. That means you can drive five times further with our system than you can with a conventional battery
system, including the most state-of-the-art lithium-ion batteries. The system is also extremely safe to operate and
environmentally friendly. Most importantly, since there are almost no moving parts and it produces negligible waste
heat, it has an efficiency of more than 80%. There has never been anything like it.
Hopefully the company will take the NanoFlowcell technology beyond supercars, bringing it down to more affordable cars,
however the potential of this technology reaches far beyond the road.

"Weve got major plans, and not just within the automobile industry, says NanoFlowcell AG Chairman of the Board
Prof. Jens-Peter Ellermann. The potential of the NanoFlowcell is much greater, especially in terms of domestic
energy supplies as well as in maritime, rail and aviation technology. The NanoFlowcell offers a wide range of
applications as a sustainable, low cost and environmentally-friendly source of energy.

Russian Scientists Revive Nikola Tesla's Designs With Help From Crowdfunding

What if electricity could travel the way data does, unburdened by clunky infrastructure as voltages flow wirelessly?

That was inventor Nikola Teslas vision more than a century ago. Now, Russian scientists are attempting to turn his concepts
into reality with the help of an $800,000 crowdfunding campaign.

The basic idea is to pump electricity into homes and other buildings not by traditional power lines or electrical substations, but
via 10-story-tall transmitting towers. Each tower can handle voltages in excess of 3 million volts, which it then sends to
wireless receivers by creating currents in the ground. (U.S. electrical wall sockets, by comparison, take only 110 volts).

Leonid Plekhanov and Sergey Plekhanov, both graduates of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, have spent
more than five years conducting research and experiments on the Planetary Energy Transmitter project, and they previously
raised $40,000 through a Russian crowdfunding campaign, the TreeHugger blog noted earlier this month.
The scientists have tinkered with original designs by Tesla, the namesake of Elon Musk's electric car company Tesla Motors.
The new plans use more lightweight materials to ease the construction of transmission towers. Teslas original Wardenclyffe
tower prototype weighed more than 60 tons, while the new design will weigh just 2 tons, Smart Grid News said. The Russians
have also integrated advanced electronics into the design.

If the tower and receivers function as intended, the system could allow the transmission of large amounts of energy via
ground to any kind of distances instantly, safely and without losses, say the scientists, who prefer that the towers transmit
emissions-free solar energy in particular.

On their website, Global Energy Transmission, the Plekhanovs dismiss concerns that wireless energy transmission will turn
the planet into a microwave oven or function like giant, super-powerful antennae. They say its all in line with the basic laws of
physics and electrical engineering. A purportedly simplified explanation of the design offers more details.

The current crowdfunding effort runs through July 25 on the IndieGoGo site. So far the project has reached 1 percent of its
goal.

Tower Pulls Drinking Water Out Of Thin Air

June 16 2014 | From: SmithsonianMag

Designer Arturo Vittori says his invention can provide remote villages with more than 25 gallons of clean drinking
water per day.

In some parts of Ethiopia, finding potable water is a six-hour journey.

People in the region spend 40 billion hours a year trying to find and collect water, says a group called the Water Project. And
even when they find it, the water is often not safe, collected from ponds or lakes teeming with infectious bacteria,
contaminated with animal waste or other harmful substances.
The water scarcity issuewhich affects nearly 1 billion people in Africa alonehas drawn the attention of big-name
philanthropists like actor and Water.org co-founder Matt Damon and Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, who, through their
respective nonprofits, have poured millions of dollars into research and solutions, coming up with things like a system that
converts toilet water to drinking water and a "Re-invent the Toilet Challenge," among others.

Critics, however, have their doubts about integrating such complex technologies in remote villages that don't even have
access to a local repairman. Costs and maintenance could render many of these ideas impractical.

If the many failed development projects of the past 60 years have taught us anything," wrote one critic, Toilets for
People founder Jason Kasshe, in a New York Times editorial, "it's that complicated, imported solutions do not
work."

Other low-tech inventions, like this life straw, aren't as complicated, but still rely on users to find a water source.

It was this dilemmasupplying drinking water in a way that's both practical and convenientthat served as the impetus for a
new product called Warka Water, an inexpensive, easily-assembled structure that extracts gallons of fresh water from the air.

The invention from Arturo Vittori, an industrial designer, and his colleague Andreas Vogler doesn't involve complicated
gadgetry or feats of engineering, but instead relies on basic elements like shape and material and the ways in which they work
together.

Tesla Motors: All Our Patent Are Belong To You

June 14 2014 | From: Scoop

Comment: This article references the statement "All of your bases are belong to us". If you are not familiar with this
then you might want to look it up before continuing in order to ensure coherence. It's quite obviously a geek thing.

Yesterday, there was a wall of Tesla patents in the lobby of our Palo Alto headquarters. That is no longer the case.
They have been removed, in the spirit of the open source movement, for the advancement of electric vehicle
technology.
Tesla Motors was created to accelerate the advent of sustainable transport. If we clear a path to the creation of compelling
electric vehicles, but then lay intellectual property landmines behind us to inhibit others, we are acting in a manner contrary to
that goal. Tesla will not initiate patent lawsuits against anyone who, in good faith, wants to use our technology.

When I started out with my first company, Zip2, I thought patents were a good thing and worked hard to obtain them. And
maybe they were good long ago, but too often these days they serve merely to stifle progress, entrench the positions of giant
corporations and enrich those in the legal profession, rather than the actual inventors. After Zip2, when I realized that
receiving a patent really just meant that you bought a lottery ticket to a lawsuit, I avoided them whenever possible.

At Tesla, however, we felt compelled to create patents out of concern that the big car companies would copy our technology
and then use their massive manufacturing, sales and marketing power to overwhelm Tesla. We couldnt have been more
wrong. The unfortunate reality is the opposite: electric car programs (or programs for any vehicle that doesnt burn
hydrocarbons) at the major manufacturers are small to non-existent, constituting an average of far less than 1% of their total
vehicle sales.
At best, the large automakers are producing electric cars with limited range in limited volume. Some produce no zero emission
cars at all.

Given that annual new vehicle production is approaching 100 million per year and the global fleet is approximately 2 billion
cars, it is impossible for Tesla to build electric cars fast enough to address the carbon crisis. By the same token, it means the
market is enormous. Our true competition is not the small trickle of non-Tesla electric cars being produced, but rather the
enormous flood of gasoline cars pouring out of the worlds factories every day.

We believe that Tesla, other companies making electric cars, and the world would all benefit from a common, rapidly-evolving
technology platform.

Technology leadership is not defined by patents, which history has repeatedly shown to be small protection indeed against a
determined competitor, but rather by the ability of a company to attract and motivate the worlds most talented engineers. We
believe that applying the open source philosophy to our patents will strengthen rather than diminish Teslas position in this
regard.

NASA Scientists Design Faster-Than-Light Spacecraft

June 13 2014 | From: RT

Comment: On the heels of the recent news that NASA is working on a Faster-than-light Warp drive comes this.
Bearing in mind that NASA deals in technology crumbs from the secret space programme, this is an interesting
disclosure.
White, a physicist for the aeronautics administration that has been studying a faster-than-light propulsion concept for years,
has previously gone public with his research concerning a craft capable of that sort of travel.

As far back as 2011, in fact, he attracted the attention of other scientists by publishing a report that set out to prove the
feasibility of the F-T-L propulsion concept. Now for the first time, his cohort has come up with designs that begin to show the
sort of spacecraft theyre striving to create.

Rademaker, who has in the past been known to produce graphics inspired by the Star Trek television series, told NBC News
that he has been studying the research White has been doing at NASAs Johnson Space Center and felt determined to come
up with a viable concept worth showing the public.

I could have walked away, but I wanted this to be really good, so I put in an extra three months of spare time, with
the new images as the result, Rademaker NBC in an email.

In a matter of one day this week, Rademaker said, copies of the designs posted on his Flickr account garnered more than two
million views.

And true to the Star Trek concept, the team says the latest blueprints are for a spacecraft theyve dubbed the Enterprise.

My own designs for the most part followed these guidelines. I do put research in things like era, events in the Trek
timeline, plausible registry numbers and specifications of a ship. I put about three months of research in the XCV-
330 Ringship that Matt Jefferies sketched in the 1960s. I was asked to convert that sketch / blueprint as a 3D CGI
model, I wanted it to look spot on, the artist told CNET.

Speaking to io9, Rademaker said his latest design includes a sleek ship nestled at the center of two enormous rings, which
create the warp bubble that would, in theory, make Whites F-T-L propulsion plan possible.
Essentially, the empty space behind a starship would be made to expand rapidly, pushing the craft in a forward
direction passengers would perceive it as movement despite the complete lack of acceleration, io9s George
Dvorsky added in his report.

White speculates that such a drive could result in speeds that could take a spacecraft to Alpha Centauri in a
mere two weeks even though the system is 4.3 light-years away.

Perhaps a Star Trek experience within our lifetime is not such a remote possibility, White said previously of his
plans.
Free Energy Revealed: The Tesla-Derived Quantum Energy Generator (QEG)
March 28 2014 | From: HopeGirl

Following are the open source documents for a quantum energy generator. This has been made possible by the people and
for the people. It is freely given to the world.

CLICK HERE FOR QEG OPEN SOURCE DOCUMENTS

An average modern household requires 5-10KW of power to operate. A conventional generator needs 15KW to produce
10KW of power.

To produce these 15KW of power we rely on

gas, diesel, propane, coal or other products
that can be metered creating profits for the
oil industry.

130 years ago Nikola Tesla invented and

patented an energy generator.

This is a resonance machine that only needs

1KW of input power to produce 10KW of
output power.

His patents are now in the public domain.

The Fix the World Organization has reproduced Teslas design with a few modern twists to generate the same results.
Our Quantum Energy Generator (QEG) provides 10KW of power output for less than 1KW input, which it supplies to itself.

We have freely given this technology to the people of the world. We've open sourced a full set of instructions, user manual,
schematics and parts list for any engineer to follow and reproduce the same results.

How the QEG works:

First we use a starting power source, such as an outlet or a crank to power the 1 horsepower motor. This motor spins the rotor
in the generator core. The unique oscillator circuitry configuration in the generator core causes resonance to occur. Once the
core achieves this resonance it can produce up to 10KW of power, which can then be run through an inverter to power the
motor that spins the rotor. You can then unplug the motor from the original power source and the generator will power itself.

Cottage Industry Community Units specifically for the production of QEG's are NOW developing in communities in 30+
countries. The People are making their own free energy devices.

The QEG belongs to humanity now. Many will make further improvements and we will all co-develop this practical bridge
technology together.

The QEG: For the People and By the People

Fix the World is currently traveling to Taiwan, London and Morocco for the month of April to help communities build QEG's.
Everything we have accomplished has been made possible by the donations of people like you. If you would like to help keep
us going, every little bit helps! Please consider giving back and making a donation of any amount to the Fix the World
Organization.

You can read more about the QEG here

And download detailed plans how to create a working QEG unit here
It would be good that QEG open sourced manual goes viral and that as many QEG units are constructed independently as
soon as possible. So if you want to have an overunity device, do not wait for mass production to bring it to you, start building
your unit now.

Fix the World Team is searching for capable individuals or groups that can bring QEG units to the people worldwide on all
scales, from small mechanical workshops to large production facilities. People with such capabilities can contact the Fix the
World Team here

Boeing: Anti-Gravity Propulsion Comes 'Out Of The Closet'

March 3 2014 | From: DiscloseTV

Boeing, the worlds largest aircraft manufacturer, has admitted it is working on experimental anti-gravity projects that could
overturn a century of conventional aerospace propulsion technology if the science underpinning them can be engineered into
hardware.

As part of the effort, which is being run out of Boeings Phantom Works advanced research and development facility in
Seattle, the company is trying to solicit the services of a Russian scientist who claims he has developed anti-gravity devices in
Russia and Finland. The approach, however, has been thwarted by Russian officialdom.

It is important to note that historical evidence shows that when fringe technology projects are publicly announced as being 'in the works' or 'under
investigation', that such technologies have in fact been in operational deployment for as often as decades.

The Boeing drive to develop a collaborative relationship with the scientist in question, Dr Evgeny Podkletnov, has its own
internal project name: GRASP Gravity Research for Advanced Space Propulsion.

A GRASP briefing document obtained by JDW sets out what Boeing believes to be at stake. "If gravity modification is real," it
says, "it will alter the entire aerospace business."

GRASPs objective is to explore propellentless propulsion (the aerospace worlds more formal term for anti-gravity), determine
the validity of Podkletnovs work and "examine possible uses for such a technology". Applications, the company says, could
include space launch systems, artificial gravity on spacecraft, aircraft propulsion and fuelless electricity generation so-
called free energy.

But it is also apparent that Podkletnovs work could be engineered into a radical new weapon. The GRASP paper focuses on
Podkletnovs claims that his high-power experiments, using a device called an impulse gravity generator, are capable of
producing a beam of gravity-like energy that can exert an instantaneous force of 1,000g on any object enough, in
principle, to vaporise it, especially if the object is moving at high speed.

Podkletnov maintains that a laboratory installation in Russia has already demonstrated the 4in (10cm) wide beams ability to
repel objects a kilometre away and that it exhibits negligible power loss at distances of up to 200km. Such a device, observers
say, could be adapted for use as an anti-satellite weapon or a ballistic missile shield. Podkletnov declared that any object
placed above his rapidly spinning superconducting apparatus lost up to 2% of its weight.

Although he was vilified by traditionalists who claimed that gravity-shielding was impossible under the known laws of physics,
the US National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) attempted to replicate his work in the mid-1990s. Because
NASA lacked Podkletnovs unique formula for the work, the attempt failed. NASAs Marshall Space Flight Center in Alabama
will shortly conduct a second set of experiments using apparatus built to Podkletnovs specifications.

Boeing recently approached Podkletnov directly, but promptly fell foul of Russian technology transfer controls (Moscow wants
to stem the exodus of Russian high technology to the West).

The GRASP briefing document reveals that BAE Systems and Lockheed Martin have also contacted Podkletnov "and have
some activity in this area".

It is also possible, Boeing admits, that "classified activities in gravity modification may exist". The paper points out that
Podkletnov is strongly anti-military and will only provide assistance if the research is carried out in the white world of open
development.
