1) LAPP India, is an organization with roots in Germany. How do you see the difference
in employment standards when compared to India?
2) LAPP India is into manufacturing cables and providing best in class support to its
customers. What is the key driver for workers to maintain the same quality of
production as in Germany? The Bavarian country is known for its engineering
standards.
3) How important is it for a HR manager to forecast the employment requirements
within the organization?
4) What are some of the key recruitment methods which your company follows?
Considering the heavy costs associated with a lot of these processes.
5) Do you believe in developing cross functional ability of an employee or specific
function expertise? And Why?
6) Since manufacturing is the core business, how difficult is it for an HR professional to
keep the rapport with the trade union and their needs and demands?
7) Do you feel employee engagement activities help management and workers to reduce
the friction between each other? Also, what are the various activities followed in
LAPP India?
