Work Experience
01/2016 09/2016 Data Analyst (focus: Indoor Air Quality), Low Cost Monitoring Project
1. Managing project data inventory of sensor readings, participant information, sur-
veys, etc. 2. Writing scripts that check and clean data records, unify data formats,
and generate summary tables and interactive graphs to show important data statistics:
baseline, distribution, peak height, etc.

11/2015 09/2016 Research Associate (focus: Building Energy), Carnegie Mellon University
1. GSA Project: Creating and consolidating the GSA portfolio database including static
information, monthly energy data, weather data, and retrofit records of 1800 buildings.
Wrote scripts that analyze and plot data, generate reports on trends in energy usage
distribution of the portfolio, and perform energy system regression analysis on single
buildings.
2. SEED Project: Implemented the backend of the building Lean Energy Analysis mod-
ule. Implemented an Excel file parser that converts data to SEED database compatible
format.

10/2015 12/2015 Research Associate (focus: Energy Planning), Carnegie Mellon University
Developed a dynamic energy map with CityEngine and Python as defined by Baird
et al. in 2015. This 4-D (space-time) map reveals the variability in energy demand
between buildings and across time, and displays patterns in individual and aggregate
peak demand on several time scales.
