    Solicitation for Audit of Financial Statements

    Dekalb Trade Voice is in the process of selecting a chartered accountancy firm to


    perform its annual audit of 30 June 2014, 30 June 2015 and 30 June, 2016. We
    request M/S to consider the Audit
    of Financial Statements of respective 3 years.

    Background and Audit Requirement

    Dekalb Trade Voice wish to obtain loan under FAPC I from its Banker; Alfalah Bank
    Limited, Sialkot Branch and under Prudential Regulations require financial
    statements. Audit of financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2014, 30 June
    2015 and 30 June 2016in accordance with auditing standards and Independent
    Auditors Reports.

    We wish you proceed with all necessary steps to proceed further as soon as
    possible.
