This research has the objective to study the
service user satisfaction for FedEx Air Courier
service in Bangkok area based on Air Courier
service, price, service center, promotion, employee
service as to compare the service user satisfaction
with the use of Air Courier according to gender,
age, education level, business of user, category of
user including the gathering of recommendations
on using the service by user per the use of FedEx
Air Courier service.
The sample group used in the research is 399
users who used FedEx Air Courier service. The tool
used in research is the questionnaire; the statistical

value used to analyze the data is the percentage


value, the average value, frequency distribution,
standard deviation value, the analysis of t-test, F-
test and test different averages were coupled by
means of Scheffe and method of Tamhane's T2.
The findings of research are as follows:
1. Most of the sample group who used the
service is more of male than female
sex who is aged between 20 40 years; their
education level is bachelor degree or equal; they
are exporter and most of category users are
general user.
2. The satisfaction of the users with the use of
FedEx Air Courier service
collectively was at the much level in relation to
the aspects of FedEx Air Courier service, price,
service center, employee service. The service users
were similarly satisfied with service at the much
level. The aspect of promotion the service users
were satisfied with service at the medium level.
3. The comparison of the satisfaction of the
users with the use of FedEx Air
Courier service according to the characteristics of
the general information; classified according to
gender, age, educational level, business of user,
category of user had statistical significant at the
level of 0.05
3.1 The service users in terms of gender,
business of user had no
different satisfaction with using FedEx Air Courier
service.
