OBJECTIVE: I want to further my education in THE

UNIVERSITY OF JORDAN specializing

in medic. My interest is to persuade a carear

in doctor. I believe I can be what I want in

my future.
EDUCATION BACKGROUND

First of all, my primary school was Sekolah Rendah Kebangsaan Sultan Ismail 4. It was a
good school in Kota Bharu. I study at there for about 6 years ( from 2004 until 2009). In 2009, I
had an exam that was Ujian Penilaian Menengah Rendah (UPSR). In the exam I score 5A.

Besides, with the 5A in my hand, I applied to further my study in MRSM. Fortunately, I

got to further my study in MRSM Beseri. It was located at Beseri, Perlis. I study there for about
5 years ( from 2010 until now ). In year 2012, I had an exam that was Penilaian Menengah
Rendah (PMR). Thank God, I again score straight A in PMR, I got 8A. Now, in year 2014, it is
my last year at MRSM Beseri. I score in all subject in every semester. All semester I got 3.67 and
3.69. I decided to do better in this semester.

ACHIEVEMENT

For my achievement in year 2009, I got straight As in UPSR, I got 5A. Besides, in my
secondary school at MRSM Beseri, in PMR, I also score straight As, I got 8A. In 2012,on
GRADUATION DAY, I have my first class seat. I was the top ten student in my batch. So, that
why I get the first class seat. Besides, I have twice go to JAMBOREE a camp for scout. I
represent my college to the camp that were held in MRSM Mersing in year 2011 and in MRSM
Tun Ghazali Shafie in year 2013. I also represent my college in football tournament in year 2011,
2012 and 2014. Lastly, in year 2014, I also represent my school in Malay Martial Art that was
been held at MRSM Terendak, Melaka.

EXTRA CURICULAR ACTIVITIES

In my fisrt year at MRSM Beseri, I was inducted to be a prefect in class 1 Competent.

While in year 2012, I was move up to be Lembaga Disiplin Pelajar ( LDP) until 2013. I was
also a Scouts secretary in year 2013. In year 2013, I was inducted to be a form 4 representeter in
Topaz Sport Home. Lastly in year 2014, I again move up to be a leader in Topaz Sport Home.
COURSE / OTHER ACTIVITIES

For the other activities, in year 2011, I represent my college in Olimpiad KAT 1 that
was been held at MRSM Tun Ghafar Baba. To represent this programme, my college only choose
15 best student in Form 1.

PERSONAL PARTICULAR

I was born in 14 April 1997. My height is about 165 cm. I also do not have any health
problem.
