INTEGRATION IDEA - PORTFOLIOS

How might you use this resource in a lesson plan to promote student-centered learning?
I would promote the use of Livebinder by using digital worksheets and assignments as well as notes so
that students can add them to their virtual binders which also saves paper! I would also keep a scanner
in the classroom so that if any work was done in class they could scan it to their email.

VALUE-ADDED EXPLANATION
Based on the value-added rating scale above, how would you rate the technology integration
you described, using the selected resource? 2
Explain your rating based on the rubric indicators. Although Livebinder is cool for saving paper
and avoiding carrying around big heave notebooks to every class it does not transform the lesson
in a way that could not be done without it. It would however enhance the lesson and support
mastery of the concepts because students could jump on line and access any of their notes or
assignments at any time.
