Human Resources Intern
Conducts background checks on applicants including but not limited to criminal checks, past employment, educational
background and driving record of applicants.
Assisting in the hiring for all three brands including part-time, full-time and temporary/seasonal positions
Markets and sells Enterprise Holdings to candidates and referral sources.
Develops and builds upon external partnerships to increase applicant pool and qualified hires.
Schedules and conducts phone screens and interviews with prospects.
Conducts an internet recruiting process by maintaining resume searches and aggressively contacts qualified candidates.
Manages the Summer Internship Program

complete business proposal from concept through written plan and presenting our product/service to target investors. Gained
