A Case Study on Mutual Aid Document of Baidu

From the perspective of C2C e-commerce model, this paper defines C2C document delivery, and takes mutual aid
document of Baidu scholar for example to introduce its basic process and analyzes its feature. It also summarizes some
existing problems: imperfect mutual platform, uncontrolled document source, non-transparent answer results evaluation, and
obstructed user interaction. It suggests to perfect the platform functions, set up mechanism of rewards and punishments,
introduce the fine evaluation and joint the communication software to carry out the work, in order to promote the development
of C2C document delivery.
