AFFIDAVIT

I, Dionicio Ganer , Filipino citizen, of legal age, single, and a resident

of #12 Calao West Santiago city, after having been duly sworn in
accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. I am the head coroner in the crime laboratory here in Santiago city

located at Rizal, Santiago city;
2. That I have been the head coroner of the crime laboratory for 10 years;
3. That the body was identified as Francis Cabato by Melodie Esquejo
Cabato;
4. That I have conducted the Autopsy of one Francis Cabato together with
Dr. Hazel Luna Toribio;
5. That I am making this affidavit to acknowledge the genuineness of the
Autopsy report requested by Melodie Esquejo Cabato.

Further Affiant sayeth none.
