Whenwesaythatcopperisaheaviermetalthanaluminium,wearecomparingtheir
densities.Inasimilarway,whenwesaythatcopperisabetterconductorthan
aluminium,wearecomparingtheirresistivities.

Densityandresistivityarebothbulkpropertiesofamaterial.Theirvaluedoesn't
dependonthesizeorshapeofaparticularsampleonlyonthematerialitself.
