 PENGENALAN
Latihan Industri @ Latihan Praktikal adalah satu
program yang dijalankan untuk memberi
pendedahan profesional engineering practice dan
industri pembinaan yang sebenar kepada para
pelajar.

Latihan industri adalah wajib dalam pelan pengajian

EC110 ( bagi pelajar sem 4 ke atas)

 PROSEDUR MENJALANI LATIHAN INDUSTRI
1. Pelajar dikehendaki mencari sendiri penempatan
tempat praktikal
Pelajar perlu mencari organisasi dan syarikat yang
sesuai.
Senarai syarikat boleh didownload di ilearn portal under
folder Dr Duratul Ain.
2. Pelajar perlu menghantar Surat
Permohonan Rasmi kepada Syarikat
atau Organisasi yang dipilih

1. Pelajar perlu membuat permohonan bersurat rasmi (template surat

telah disediakan oleh penyelaras L.I) melalui emel/ faks/ pos
kepada syarikat yang dipilih.

2. Surat permohonan hendaklah dihantar bersama surat pengesahan

terima (acceptance letter) dan Resume.

3. Permohonan perlu dihantar kepada sekurang kurangnya 3 syarikat

(mengelakkan sekiranya permohonan ditolak).
4. Pelajar perlu membuat semakan pengesahan penerimaan
penempatan L.I dengan syarikat yang dipohon. (Selepas 1 minggu
permohonan dibuat)

5. Sekiranya pelajar menerima penempatan lebih dari 1 syarikat,

pelajar perlu menghantar surat penolakan kepada syarikat
tersebut.

6. Surat pengesahan terima (acceptance letter) perlu

ditandatangani oleh syarikat dan diemel/ difaks/dipos kepada
Penyelaras LI. Surat ini hanya untuk rekod penyelaras L.I.

7. Pelajar perlu mengisi borang Final Decision on Industrial

Training Placement Form dan menghantar dalam tempoh yang
ditetapkan oleh Penyelaras L.I melalui emel softcopy DAN
hardcopy.
 ATTENTION!!!
Semua template surat rasmi untuk dihantar
kepada syarikat, borang, makluman terkini
boleh di dapati di ilearn portal penyelaras L.I di
pautan;

ATTENTION!!!
Students are considered
accepted once the company
reply the ACCEPTANCE
LETTER to L.I coordinator.
Otherwise, they have to find
another company.
 THE PROCESS.. (Before)
Student search for available company

Student send Application Letter & Acceptance Letter & Resume to

Company on their own via email/ fax/ pos.

Company return the Acceptance Letter to L.I Coordinator

 THE PROCESS.. (During)

Accepted Student will receive Log Book, Term &

Guidelines

Student starts practical for 8 weeks

(Logbook must be filled everyday (In English) and
endorsed by Supervisor)

Evaluation by FKA Lecturers

 THE PROCESS.. (after)

After completion of I.T, student has to submit ;

Certified Logbook, & 1 Copy of I.T Report to Faculty
supervisor

Lecturer send Evaluation forms

Student will receive GRADE (PASS or FAIL)
