2. Notice for closure of an account to abusive customer

We wish to place on record that ICICI Bank takes strong objection to the abusive
nature of your calls and suggest that you exercise restraint when communicating to us
including our directors and /or employees.
You had certain issues with the service provided by the Bank and we had made the

Mr. __________ had met you personally to understand your issues and resolve them
amicably to your satisfaction. Though there were no service lapses on our part, we
took exceptional deviations to meet your levels of expectation as an additional service

unwarranted abusive language while speaking to them. We confirm that your

That, we would also like to highlight that although we understand that despite the
acknowledged primacy that a customer in the service industry commands, the above
call has been taken to avoid a compromise in the level of service received by other

This is not to be sent as an email. There is a form in the bank which looks like this. The customer co mes to the
bank for verification of his signature when he is applying for a passport or some other document. In this case
the customer comes to the bank and then signs in this form and the banker cirles the signature as done in the
template above and then the bank stamp is put in the box on the right and handed over to the customer.

the bank. The customer sticks his photograph and the bank puts the stamp on it. The
