Application forms for registration can be downloaded from the University website www.cusat.ac.in and are to be submitted to the respective
Examination Centres with fees including cost of application on or before the last date mentioned above.
Last date mentioned above indicates the date on which the candidates are to submit their printout of registration (2012 2013 and 2014
adm issions) or appliction form along with fees to the respective Exam i nation centres.
No Applications wi ll be accepted after the closure of registration .
Duly filled and photo (attested) affixed application forms along with DCB Statement in duplicate (one copy sent to FO) and proof of payment of
Examination registration fee etc. through the centre should reach the undersigned on or before 06.03.2017 for VIII Semester and 16.03.2017 for VI
Semester.
 All candidates registering for FINAL SEMESTER EXA M INATION should invariably remit the cost of application form and fee for Provisional
Cert ificate and Degree Cert ificate along with fee for examination registration and Mark List, even if they have arrear papers to be cleared. Direct
payment for Provisional Certificate will not be entertained hereafter. Candidates appearing for final semester are also to submit applications for Degree
Cert ificate along with a copy of address proof.
THE LAB EXAMINATIONS AND VIVA VOCE OF B.TECH VI AND VIII SEMESTERS SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON OR BEFORE 31ST MAY 2017.
