You will need a picture or statue of Tara

or you can just visualise her.
Light a candle and a stick of your
favourite insence.

Chant Tara's Mantra :-

"Om Tare Tuttare Ture So Ha"

She is now with you it is that easy.

Feel Tara's Liberating Strength,
Compassion and healing.
You may find yourself borrowing some of
her strength,
or borrowing some of her healing
energies.
That is fine.

Now after the following spiritual

dedication you will be able
to call upon Tara again, anytime you need
her..

Dedication of Positive Potential

Due to this merit may I soon
Attain the enlightened state of Arya Tara
That I may be able to liberate
All sentient beings from their suffering.
May the precious bodhi mind
Not yet born arise and grow;
May that born have no decline,
But increase forever more.
Now thank Tara for being part of your
empowerment today.
Envision Tara shrinking and entering
into her new home in your heart,
Where she will always be with you
when you or others are in need of
strength, compassion or healing.
Extinguish the candle, using your
fingers or a candle snuffer.
DO NOT BLOW IT OUT !!
Breath is a life force and flame is a life
force.
We do not not use one life force to
extinguish another.
