we hereby inform that in the matter of closure of "weaving Department" of Hinganghat

unit under section 25-0(5) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and pursuant to AWARD 9/2011
Dtd.3011212016 awarded by the Industrial rribunal, Nagpur, company has discontinued its
unproductive Weaving Section of Hinganghat Unit hav ing 192 old shuttle looms With Effect From
01't of March, 2017.
