2 Justification: We as a team to make this project we advance in profits, not on
ly because of its high demand everywhere, but also by the desire to present to t
he public the best in bakery, which will hopefully not be seen in the port Guaym
as. Taking into account that the pastries are products that everyone uses and pu
rchases. On the other stop is worth mentioning that with the completion of this
project, we acquired new knowledge will be very helpful in our future life, and
that helps us develop as small entrepreneurs. About us We are a group of eight y
oung students from 40 specialty CBTIS of Tourism in the port city of Guaymas Son
ora, which are eager to start a new company, thanks to a matter which we are emb
arking on our last semester as preparatorianos.
3 Objectives: • General objective: Making and selling cakes for all occasions, p
astries, pie's, whether bakery products that meet the needs and tastes of our cu
stomers through quality, distinctive flavor, variety, availability and freshness
at prices competitive, with a continuous improvement process, based on our clie
nts always show quality.
• Specific objective: To be the best bakery to the market, particularly the port
of Guaymas, Sonora, so give us all recognize the identity and get great satisfa
ction of our consumers and our own desires and satisfactions.
1.1 .- Introduction:
In this paper we talk about how we're undergoing a sweet pastry called, close to
business undertaken several steps, then we do need to choose a product which in
this case is a bakery after we saw the need to give it a name while we carried
out the planning we realized how interesting it can be to take any business brou
ght us the idea of a bakery. We give to the task of conducting surveys in differ
ent parts of the city to know what are the needs of consumers. We give to the ta
sk of getting a logo to attract market attention, here we describe what we need
to offer this product to our city.
