ned personnel to exploit it. In fact, RED is BROWN in the territory of a refiner
y for processing crude. This has developed a growing reliance in this field, on
RED BROWN. Since 1998, the country RED has initiated a major process of politica
l demands, economic, social, cultural and military that go beyond the current li
mits of RED. The current government of the RED has strong patriotic and national
ist inclinations, and manages the integration of the nineteenth century idea of
its eponymous hero of a large continental country and subregional countries to j
oin RED, BLUE, YELLOW, ORANGE AND WHITE on a political front , economic, social,

II .- PARTICULAR SITUATION
The current situation from the point multipolar politics, the globalization of e
conomic and social processes, access to weapons and multi-edge technologies and
the emergence of nationalist and sovereign governments in the world and particul

The Commander in Chief of the National Armed Force ordered a preemptive strike t

3) and as presented by the Military High Command's operational planning assumpti

III.- THIRD ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT

On D +10 the military coalition led by the country VERDE launched a military off
ensive in naval aviation and air-ground Obalatá Peninsula and the Peninsula de
La Diomira, northeast of the territory northwest of BLUE and RED territory suppo
rted by the military BLUE country, respectively. Until that time of hostilities,
the conflict situation is the following: o The President of MORADO1 initiated a
process of talks with the President of GREEN to seek a political and diplomatic
solution to the conflict and negotiate agreements that benefit both parties. Li
kewise has launched a diplomatic offensive for the cause of RED with non-aligned
countries in the conflict. o MORADO2 country has implemented political and mili
tary agreements signed with RED support and solidarity, and to facilitate the su
pply of logistics war in the theater. o YELLOW country has implemented political
and military agreements signed with RED and has mobilized its military forces t
o the border with BLUE. or the white country has implemented political and milit
ary agreements signed with the Red country and has mobilized a large contingent
of armed forces to RED to reinforce the units deployed in the theater of operati
ons. o The GRIS country has implemented political and military agreements signed
with RED support and solidarity, and to facilitate supply logistics of war. Alr
eady deployed in the theater area military units from GRIS, organized, equipped
and trained to initiate a process of resistance and expulsion of the military fo
rces of the military coalition led by the country GREEN. o MORADO3 country has i
mplemented political and military agreements signed with RED support and solidar
ity, and to facilitate supply logistics of war. At this time a transport vessel
from MORADO3 head for RED with Class III and V supplies to meet the strategic ne
eds of the conflict. o The country's President ordered the national BLACK RED di
stributed initiate a process of military mobilization in combination to support
the armed forces red. Also issued internal political and military measures to co
mply with the 'political and military agreements previously signed with RED to e
nsure human and material resources from BLACK during the conflict. At this time
a large contingent of volunteers from the country is moving up BLACK RED. They a
re already deployed in the area of the theater of operations, military units fro
m BLACK, organized, equipped and trained to initiate a process of resistance and
expulsion of the military forces of the military coalition led by the country G

ADOPTED BY THE SECURITY COUNCIL AT ITS MEETING 2742 DATED 23 MARCH 2007
THE SECURITY COUNCIL
Reaffirming its resolution 2741 dated March 20, 2007 (War Game Note: not release
d but this resolution condemned the offensive launched by the red and the milita

and organizations active in the discussions that contribute to the return to nor
malcy of the situation Gravely concerned at the deterioration of the current sit
uation and future disagreements STRESSING that the prime responsibility is to su
pport parties to resolve differences and that international aid provided by this
resolution must be understood within a conciliation process DETERMINING that th
e military situation of the FARA represents a threat to international peace and
security act under Chapter VI of the Charter of the United Nations: 1. CALLS UPO
N the complete and immediate implementation of all mentioned in this resolution
2. URGES FARA and military forces from RED to leave the occupied territories and
reintegrate their control of the Government legally endorsed BLUE 3. AUTHORIZES
the country BLUE and Allies to take action under Chapter VII of the Charter of
the United Nations and, in the case that before 27 April 2001, the FARA and blue
forces have not left the bases and barracks occupied and delivered the weapons,
the use of force to restore the initial situation in April. Likewise, authorizi
