DESCRIPTIVE REPORT
1.-BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF THE INSTALLATION. The purpose of the project networ
k is to guarantee electricity supply to all existing plots in the residential es
tate to be built in Unity in Action TM of, and to all services.
2.-PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT.
The purpose of this project is to put before the competent bodies to the distrib
ution grid at low voltage before us meets the conditions and minimum guarantees
required by current regulations, in order to obtain the Authorization Management
and Implementation installation and provide a basis for when to proceed with th
e implementation of the network. 3.-SPECIAL RULES. AND OFFICERS AND PROVISIONS
This project gives the performance of materials, the calculations justifying its
use and how to carry out the works to be performed, thereby giving effect to th
e following provisions: - Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulations and Supplemen
tary Technical Instructions (Decree 2413 / September 20 1973, BOE n º 242, dated
October 9, 1973 and Royal Decree 2295/1985 of 9 October, BOE n º 297, December
12, 1985. - Building Technology Standards NTE IER - Red Exterior (BOE 19/06/1984
). - Decree of 12 March 1954 approving the Regulation of Electrical checks and r
egularity in the supply of energy. - Special rules and standards of the Company.

i + Pd + Pp + Ph + P + Pe whereas Pv = Power for housing, is determined by MIE B
T010 and interpretive sheet No. 14 Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulations.

Pc = power for commercial premises is determined at 100 W / m² of floor area, an
d the coefficient of simultaneity that is deemed necessary (minimal local foreca
st 3 kW), according to the MIE BT010 Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulations. P
i = Power for industrial premises, is determined at 125 W / m² of floor area, an
d the coefficient of simultaneity that is deemed necessary (minimal local foreca
st 3 kW), according to the MIE BT010 Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulations.€S
uch establishments are usually working with a simultaneity coefficient varies be
tween 0.10 and 0.20, due to considerations of buildable urban, volume, etc, and
according to the characteristics of the type of industry that are intended to im
plant in the area . In addition, this scenario of power coincides with various r
ecommendations laid down for this type of establishment (1920-1930 VA / m², incl
uding services and equipment). Pd = Power for schools, childcare and education i
n general, is determined at 500 W / square in the absence of data (NTE IER). Pp
= Power for local public concurrence, religious centers, exhibition halls, cinem
as, is determined at 50 W / m² in the absence of data (NTE IER). Ph = Power for
hotel or tourist accommodation establishments, is determined at a rate of 1000 W
/ square, with a minimum of 100 kW for establishments with a capacity of less t
han 50 seats and with a minimum of 25 kW for establishments with a capacity of l
ess than 50 seats (NTE IER). P = Power for the public lighting is determined acc
ording to studio lighting. In the absence of data we can estimate a power of 1.5
W / m² of road. Pe = power for buildings or installations, such as medical cent
ers, sports, industries, etc. These charges will be considered for the calculati
