ded and unforeseen occurrence that may cause injury or damage to property or per
son • OBJECTIVES: To observe and report unsafe conditions in work environments;
• Prompt action to reduce even eliminate or neutralize the risks; • Discuss acci
dents, directing SESMT and report to the employer;

• 5.2 to 5.5 - THE CONSTITUTION • The CIPA is mandatory for companies that have
employees with the employment. • They must be CIPA, employers, or their equivale
nt, having employees as specified in Article 3 of the CLT - numbering above the
minimum established in Table I

• 5.2 to 5.5 - THE CONSTITUTION • Companies that have employed a smaller number
should indicate a designee as established in item 5.6.4 • The company has in the
same city two or more establishments, should ensure the integration of local ac
ronym CIPA, and those appointed as appropriate, with the sixth goal of harmonizi
ng policies

• 5.6 to 5.15 - Organization. • 5.6 - CIPA will consist of representatives of em
ployer and employee, according to the design provided in Table I of NR, except f
or amendments to normative acts disciplined in specific economic sectors.

ber 5. • Note: As provided in the item, any company in any field of activity tha
t is not required to provide CIPA for a particular establishment should have cal

, will last one year, allowed one reelection. • Note: Re-election is the subsequ
ent election, that is, the employee was elected to the office for the year 2002
