As our organizational culture, we have always given chance to individuals who want to step in the
sphere of management/organizing. At DMUN, we have ensured that our team stays together. We do
not have a culture of firing/kicking out, so we expect you to help us out as we aim to help you out
through this conference.
I, Asad Ali Butt along with Puran Lakhani , Danial Ahmed and Meer Shehroze Ali, welcome you to the
Brand Ambassadors Department. I need you to go through this document carefully and realize the
fact that you are in a position of responsibility. For all Brand Ambassadors, we have ensured that
targets are easy to meet, and none of you faces difficulty.
Our conference is scheduled for July 2017, and we will initiate registrations very soon. Although it
seems that we have ample time, the reality is different. Months of We will need your help to get
across, as we aim for a delegate count of 650-800 delegates at DMUN V this year. We hope the
targets being given to you are fair, and we are rewarding you fairly.
After considering and consulting with my team and reviewing past information, we have decided
the following for you.
4. Each team shall consist of minimum 2 Brand Ambassadors and maximum 5 Brand
Ambassadors and they must work together in harmony.
5. Each Brand Ambassador of the team is to form one full delegation (10 delegates) in order to
complete their targets.
6. It will be the Team Leaders responsibility to report their respective Directors regularly on every
activity from his/her team.
7. To ensure that each of your delegate mentions your teams name in the Registrations Form in
the Reference section.
