Conversion Instructions Lambo door type

Lambo doors are doors that open vertically instead of horizontally. Also referre
d to as "doors knife" or "lambo doors", which refers to the doors on a Lamborghi
ni, an Italian sports car. Above is a picture of a Lamborghini Diablo SE modern.

Do electrical wires need to be extended? Depending on the type of vehicle and th
e position of the hinge, you may be required to extend the electrical wires that
run on your door. The wires for the door controls, power mirrors, and speakers
may need to be extended if they are not long enough to allow vertical lift door,
you need them, to avoid problems with our sound equipment. Is it feasible for y
our car? Lambo doors can be made for any vehicle. Installing Lambo doors on your
vehicle Despite what you may believe, Lambo doors are not difficult to install.
There are plenty of shops dedicated to making the facilities from 14000-18000 f
or this change, but that's a ridiculous price to pay for what you really are get
ting. Yes, it seems an extreme mod, but in reality, all you need is a pair of cu
stom hinges, and a pair of gas-pressurized shock absorbers, and a little welding
experience! The strongest part of this project is to find a hinge for your need
s and get it welded in the proper position so that all align correctly. Process
description: 1. Remove the door of the vehicle. 2. Remove the hinges from the fa
ctory. 3. Remove the door latch. 4. Examine the electrical wiring and make sure
they are long enough for the door to make his move 90 degrees vertically. If not
, extend the wires so achieved. 5. With the help of a couple of friends, hold th
e door in place and then separate the desired movement of the door. This will le
t you know how the hinge needs to work and where it needs to be mounted on the d
oor so that it works correctly. 6. Buy or build a sturdy hinge that allows the d
oor right in the predetermined movement in step 5. P17 - VoIPMéX http://www.lide

7. A vehicle door hinge to new and, with the help of his friends, temporarily li
ft the door up and down make sure everything lines up correctly and nothing east
of sticking with some other object. 8. Buy a pressurized gas dampen and mount a
t one end of the chassis of the vehicle and the other to the door. This will lif
t the door and keep them from falling when you are climbing in and out of your v
ehicle. 9. Adjustment locking mechanism for the door. Since the door does not op
en horizontally more, the system needs to be rotated so that it can lock vertica
lly. This may require that the end of the door is shaving an inch or two. There
is no problem for anyone with soldering experience a little welding. 10. Test th
e operation of the door. Make sure the gas spring is strong enough to carry out
the weight of the door and check the mechanism that closes reset. Make sure ever
ything is welded permanently in place. 11. Repeat for the other door. This will
be easier and will be much quicker now that you know what you are going to do at
each step to the door. 12. Refinish the paint on the inner surfaces of the door

Getting hinges If you have an engineering factory near you, have look at your do
or and be able to make a pair of custom hinges for your vehicle. If not, you nee
d to buy a pair of hinges. Below we have listed to two companies that manufactur
e the hinges (and full kits) for use of the lambo door: (Web site: http://www.is
erv.net/ ~ strdream) offer many different packages conversions and the nave of t
he scissor door overseas. You can buy a pair of hinges, or you can buy the whole
kit for installation.

The installation kit includes everything you need for example hinges,€mounting p
lates, gas shocks and mounting hardware. Decah.net (Cloth http://www.decah.net)
Again in America this company offers a package of VDC (vertical door conversion)
for many makes and models. These packages are bolted directly on the vehicle an
d require no welding, drilling, cutting, or painting! Install time is less than
2 hours! The price for complete kits starting at just being far cheaper than sim
ilar products available in the UK / Europe. Also, Decah has been that these kits
can be converted to fit almost any vehicle with minor modifications. Getting a
pair of gas cushions If you buy the entire installation kit street dreams you wi
ll receive a pair of gas springs. If you are trying to do this installation chea
p, you can find a used pair of shock absorbers in a junk shop or scrap. to searc
h for strong shocks bonnet / boot. Need to be very strong to support the weight
of your door. This is especially true if you intend to mount the bracket to the
door near the hinge. Less force is required to lift the door if you mount the br
acket as far away from the hinge as possible. However, the farther you ride the
strut down the door, the longer the mainstay need to extend. This is why you nee
d to analyze your door and determine where you need to mount the gas spring on t
he door and the vehicle chassis. Before choosing a pair of shock absorbers, you
will need to make sure they are long enough to reach from the mounting position
on the chassis to the mounting position on the door when the door is fully exten
ded. The last thing you want is a door that will not stand up on its own. If you
install the strut and the door is not stand up on its own, you have to mount th
e strut farther down the door off the hinges. This will require less force to li
ft the door. If this still does not help, or if you can not put the prop to down
load, you have to find a stronger system of dampers or you could add another pla
nk to the door. To ask a couple more strong springs go to a car parts shop and a
sk for your help. Then ask a couple of cushions that will work for your particul
ar application. P17 - VoIPMéX http://www.lideresglobales.com & http://www.karman

Makes the closing of the door here at this stage you should mount on the door an
d the gas spring is installed and working. The door should go up easily and smoo
thly (you should go alone or with a little help). When you close the door everyt
hing is aligned properly, and you should make sure the door is sealed against th
e rubber seals around the top of the door. Now that the door looks great on your
vehicle, you need to convert the closing so that you can keep the door closed a
nd locked. Previously, the door latch bolt is probably a blade mounted on a vehi
cle and closing the door with a horizontal opening to accept this post. Now that
the door will close vertically, the locking system must be reset. Option 1: Try
to save some money using their existing closures .... The door must still be ta
ken apart from the installation of the hinge pin. Take a glimpse of how the clos
ing of the door. Would it be possible to use existing closed with a small cuttin
g, welding and ingenuity? One possible solution would be to cut the lock off the
door way and engineer a to mount vertically in the door. Keep in mind you also
have to put the new locking bolt in the vehicle. Below is a picture of a pin ins
talled: It appears to be some kind of bolt tire. Throw in the door probably at t
he car, I push away from the car to be opened.)

If you have a vehicle that requires the door be pushed away from the door frame
before swinging up, you can look into installing such a system. However, you can
achieve the same thing simply by mounting the hinge angle. Instead of mounting
straight up and down, you can mount it at an angle so the lid hinge is angled up
and away from the vehicle.€This way the door will swing away from the vehicle a
nd not straight up and down. This will allow the top of the door clears the top
of the car, and also maintain the lowest bottom line. Also, since the door will
swing down on the bolt, you will probably have to modify the end of the door to
allow the bolt to pass through stiker. For example, you can cut a small groove a
bove the center of the end of the door opening to closing. This will allow the b
olt to pass through. (Note that this solution will not work with the way the bol
t is positioned over. For the striker position depicted above, closing the door
to bring out of the door, or inches need to be shaved from the end of the door.)
Option 2: Try to save time and aggravation by buying new locks ... If you do no
t want to use your existing locks, you can simply buy a new system designed spec
ifically for applications scissor door. Generally, these closures are designed a

~ strdream To install, you will have to cut the existing close, taking note exa
ctly how it works. Then you must weld in the bottom again, and you have to cut a
nd weld to install new bolt striker too. You will probably have to modify the en
d of the door to allow the striker bolt passes by without knocking, but if you h
ave done this far should be a cinch, without any problem.
(Note how the area bounded above has been shaved in order to allow the striker b
olt passing.) So that the striker pin passes by, you will probably have to modif
y the end of the door as in the picture above. Shaving most end of the door, as
in the picture above, produce the best results. If you just try to cut a path ab
ove the center of the end of the door, then the door should swing perfectly alon
g that axis. For example, if you cut a groove right down the middle of the end o
f the door, then the door should swing perfectly up and down in order for the st
riker bolt to pass through. If there is any flex at all in the door, bolt the do
or scrapes, and even skip the paint is maybe get stuck from time to time. It is
so definitely the best shave the entire area on the edge of the door like in the
picture above. P17 - VoIPMéX http://www.lideresglobales.com & http://www.karman

Installation Tips 1. After mounting the door hinge, wrap a flexible plastic hose
on the electrical wires that go to the door and secure the hose next to the doo
r hinge. This will prevent the wires are stretched when the door is rising. 2. I
f the bottom of the door hits the door frame to be opened, the hinge needs to be
mounted with the top angled up and away from the vehicle. (Instead of just moun
t it straight up and down.) This will open the door and go out instead of coming
straight up. 3. You should put the hinge upward angle as much as you can, to al
low the door to open properly. If you have the swing out too far, your door will
not have enough room to open in tight parking spaces. Abstract Depending on the
capacity you are a DIY conversion Lambo door can be done with less than 2000. I
